A Home to Relax and Unwind
The lounge has a smart TV set up for Netflix, so you can settle in for a film once you`re back from the day. The kitchen opens onto a small rear courtyard, so you can prop the doors while you cook for the group, and a washing machine and dishwasher take the work out of longer stays.

The Layout

• Living area: sofa seating, an armchair and a smart TV. The double sofa bed here sleeps two.

• Kitchen: breakfast bar with stools, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Bi-fold doors lead to the rear courtyard.

• Bedroom 1: two single beds, built-in wardrobe and a vanity with mirror.

• Bedroom 2: double bed with a garden-facing window and wardrobe space.

• Bathroom: wet-room-style shower room with toilet and basin. This is the only bathroom in the house.

• Outdoor space: small rear courtyard off the kitchen.

Location
East Finchley is a leafy residential pocket of north London, the kind of suburb where quiet streets sit close to green space and a good local pub. You`re a short walk from woodland, an independent cinema and the Northern Line into the West End and the City. Local buses on routes 143 and 263 are handy if you`d rather not drive.

Good to Know Before You Book
The shower room is the only bathroom in the house and works as a wet-room-style shower, so worth knowing if your group prefers separate facilities. Check-in is self check-in using a key safe by the front door, with full instructions sent on the day of arrival. Street parking is free but restricted on weekdays between 2pm and 3pm, so plan around that midday window; evenings and weekends are unrestricted. This is a residential street, so please keep noise to a minimum during the evening. No pets are allowed. Shoes off inside is appreciated.

Extra charges
Early check-in and late check-out can be requested at £20 per hour, up to a maximum of 2 hours. This is subject to availability and approval, and can be arranged after booking through a secure third-party platform.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £200 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
