Location: The apartment is part of a semi-detached house and shares the access road with the other unit. The parking space is located in the spacious covered area beneath the apartment, where sports equipment such as bicycles, SUP boards, etc. can also be stored. In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the center of Cannero Riviera, where you will find bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, stores, a small supermarket, and a bakery. The renowned Lido di Cannero Riviera is approximately 500 meters from the property.
