The villa, designed in 1960 by Veronese architect Cecchini, and completely renovated in 2023, spans 200 sqm of interior space surrounded by a private garden of 500 sqm, and has been conceived to offer maximum comfort in every season.
Ground Floor: A spacious bright living room with large windows overlooking the garden and the lake, equipped with a welcoming dining area and a lounge with Smart TV. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juice extractor). The floor is completed by a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. You will also find a laundry room with washing machine.
First Floor: The sleeping area offers a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a splendid lake view, a second panoramic double bedroom and a bedroom with a French bed (140 cm), served by a complete bathroom with shower.
Exterior: The fenced garden is a paradise for relaxation, with garden furniture and a barbecue area perfect for convivial outdoor dinners. The property has internal parking for 2 cars.
Exclusive Experience: Crossing the lakeside promenade, you will access your private jetty: the perfect place for refreshing swims or to sip an aperitif whilst admiring the sunset.
