Please note the bed is a small double and there is a trainline behind the property.

The space
This is a cosy studio flat right amongst the tree tops with a quiet railway track right behind you hence very private.
Whilst only having a small double bed; it has so much charm this can be quickly forgotten.
Well equipped kitchen and space outside to sit should the weather allow this is a lovely place to stay for a night or two.
With Netflix and and Alexa (to include Spotify), hair dryer and straighteners this really does have everything you need for a quiet relaxing break away.
Also has an air fryer, instant pot, mini slow cooker and electric pan so you can cook whatever you want from scratch.

Train Line Info
Our home backs onto the North Downs railway line, just a 5-minute walk from Farnborough North station. Trains run approximately once per hour during the day, with extra services during peak times. The line connects Reading and Gatwick Airport via Guildford, making it really convenient for travel.

Noise-wise, the trains are fairly occasional and the first train usually isn’t until around 5:30 AM, with the last one passing by just after midnight (around 12:01 AM). So you should be able to get a good night’s sleep without too much disruption.
We can provide ear plugs if this is going to bother you but most people don't mind.

Guest access
Guests can use all the space outside the annexe between the 2 gates and they are also welcome to smoke IN the garage or outside.
