A spacious and welcoming 4-bedroom home on a peaceful private estate between Surbiton and Thames Ditton, sleeping up to 8 guests. Ideal for families, small groups and business travellers, the property offers a bright living area, fully equipped kitchen, private garden, dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and free parking.
Conveniently located within walking distance of Surbiton Station, guests can reach London Waterloo in under 20 minutes and enjoy access to nearby shops, cafés and restaurants
Welcome to our spacious and beautifully presented family home, tucked away on a peaceful private estate between Surbiton and Thames Ditton. Combining comfort, convenience, and excellent transport links, this is the perfect base for families, groups, business travellers, and longer stays.
Designed with both relaxation and practicality in mind, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four generously sized bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bright and inviting living spaces provide plenty of room to unwind, while a dedicated workspace and ultra-fast Wi-Fi make it easy for those working remotely.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a dishwasher, washer-dryer, air fryer, blender, juicer, water distiller, and a range of other useful appliances. Whether you're enjoying a family breakfast before heading out or gathering together for dinner, you'll find the space well suited to group stays.
One of the property's unique features is the private garage gym, allowing guests to keep up with their fitness routine during their visit. Outside, you'll find a private garden and additional outdoor space, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy a morning coffee, relax in the sunshine, or spend time with family and friends.
The home is ideally located for exploring both London and the local area. Surbiton Station is within easy walking distance and provides frequent direct trains to London Waterloo in less than 20 minutes. The charming villages of Thames Ditton and Surbiton are nearby, offering an excellent selection of cafés, restaurants, pubs, bakeries, and independent shops. Guests can also enjoy scenic walks along the River Thames, visit the historic Hampton Court Palace, or spend a day shopping and dining in nearby Kingston upon Thames.

Guests will have the house/garden all to themselves
This home is located on a quiet private residential estate, making it ideal for families, professionals, and guests looking for a peaceful stay. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours, particularly during the evenings.
For your convenience, the property offers self check-in via a smart lock. The home is also equipped with external security cameras covering the front entrance and street-facing areas for security purposes only. There are no cameras inside the property.
Guests are welcome to make use of the private garage gym during their stay. Please use all equipment responsibly and at your own risk.
Three bedrooms feature electric blinds operated by remote controls. Please use the remotes provided and avoid operating the blinds manually to prevent damage.
The garden sprinkler system runs automatically at approximately 9:00 pm each evening for around 15 minutes. You may hear it operating during this time.
Parking is easy and convenient, with free parking available on the property. Additional guest parking can be found on nearby streets, which offer a mix of free parking and pay-and-display options if required.
Please note that pets, parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted at the property.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
