The property worked out perfectly for my wife and I which were vacationing from Michigan. The home was very well furnished, clean and in a great location. The pool and hot tub were warm, clean and were perfect for our needs. This home couldn't have worked out better for us. We visited for about 3 weeks, Sue and her husband (our host's) were awesome to work with. We didn't need for anything and they were very responsive with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in the southern Florida Gulf side. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this property, the property and host's are great and we would certainly stay here again.

The apartment was modern, clean, and quiet. Neighbors were very quiet, friendly and considerate. I was very grateful for this.Love the neat organized residence. The extra touches were greatly appreciated. Kind note with water left on kitchen table and laundry detergent and dryer sheets left in a very visible spot. Perfect table and chairs in back yard. To have your morning, coffee and breakfast. Good amount of pots and pans, plates and cups; enough for a small family, couple or single.Good location, quick drive into Fisherman’s Village or downtown Punta Gorda.Host was a good communicator, thoughtful and kind.

We enjoyed all the amenities and the location. Well appointed and relaxing.

Beautiful home with plenty of things to do for the family. Loved the pool and use of bikes and kayaks. Troy responded to our texts even late at night on our arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Steven n Kristi greeted us on arrival and gave us a personal guide to their OASIS!!! They are a delightful couple. Their place is so beautiful. We enjoyed visiting with them, getting to know them. I so enjoyed using their pool at end of busy day. I got to sit by pool and watched the rain. I sincerely hope my hubby and I will get to stay with them again. They will be in my heart always!!

Our week-long stay at Robert and Susan's property during Christmas was truly exceptional. The festive spirit was palpable as they went above and beyond, adorning the house with beautiful Christmas decorations and surprising our kids with thoughtful gifts. The impeccable cleanliness and well-equipped amenities made hosting a delightful Christmas dinner for our family in town effortlessly enjoyable. Robert and Susan's attention to detail and warmth elevated our holiday experience, creating cherished memories for our family.
