Esta unidad excepcionalmente limpia ha sido renovada recientemente con pisos nuevos, alfombras, cocina totalmente equipada con gabinetes nuevos, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos. Tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños (ducha y bañera), High Energy, lavadora y secadora extra grandes, espacio para 2 autos en el garaje, Internet de alta velocidad, televisores de pantalla plana, sistema estéreo, vista al mar desde el balcón. etc. Está disponible del 1 de junio al 9 de septiembre y se alquila semanalmente de sábado a sábado durante estos meses. Esta unidad se alquila con un contrato de arrendamiento de 9 meses desde mediados de septiembre hasta el 31 de mayo.

Over the last 20 plus years that we have been doing this we have received nice reviews and some had suggestions that we liked and took action to do it for the next clients. One recently was to just have a tea pot and another was to have a pizza cutter. Another was a request to have bikes and since we have such a large garage we felt that we could even accommodate that. Anyway we have made many changes over the years to the point that we do not get many of those anymore, but we would still welcome them. We would love to have you back again sometime soon. All you need to being is your clothes, it has everything you need, bikes, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, games and you are just steps from the sand. Perfect location to the beach, Newport Pier, restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay here again.

Hi Lisa, Thank you for the positive words on our location and that the unit is fully equipped. So far on this before your stay we have received 49 5-star reviews and only 1 4-star review from a person who wished we had air conditioning. We are not sure why you gave us the 4-star review, but if it was for the air conditioning, we do disclose on the VRBO unit features that like most units on the peninsula, we do not have AC. It rarely gets very hot as we are only a few houses from the ocean. Even when it does, the nights cools off so it is still easy to sleep.. Thanks for staying at our unit. Regards, Joan and joe

Incredible location

Located just 60 feet or so from the beach and boardwalk on Newport Beach, this house was incredible. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and this might be the most equipped and well stocked house for all of your needs on your vacation stay. It is truly a gem, and we will stay here again!

Great location, incredibly comfortable/cozy and clean! The owners were very communicative and helpful when we got a “tad” lost. Walking distance to the beach, eateries, and shops. Our teenaged kids loved it - would 100% come back for our next beach get-away!
