Esta unidad excepcionalmente limpia se ha actualizado recientemente con una nueva cocina totalmente equipada con gabinetes nuevos, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos. Cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños (ducha y bañera), lavadora y secadora de alta energía, espacio para 2 autos en el garaje para 4 autos, Internet de alta velocidad, televisores de pantalla plana, sistema estéreo, etc. La unidad superior tiene un balcón con vista al mar y la unidad inferior tiene un área de patio. con al menos 10 sillas y 2 mesas. La propiedad es un dúplex y la que figura aquí es la unidad inferior que se alquila a corto plazo y semanalmente de sábado a sábado de junio a agosto. La unidad superior es del mismo tamaño y se alquila en un contrato de arrendamiento de 9 meses desde mediados de septiembre hasta mediados de junio. everything was great the home had everything that we needed for a pleasant weekday and all things needed for the beach. It was a little rowdy around the street because it was spring break but the house was wonderful

What a cute beach house. Literally about 100 steps to the sand. We loved it. So relaxing! Condo was immaculately clean and matched listing accurately. Was convenient to restaurants and grocery. We will definitely be back!Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at this beach house in October! The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach with beautiful ocean views. The house was spotless, well equipped and comfortable. October weather was ideal - sunny and warm without the summer crowds. Check in was a breeze. We enjoyed morning walks, local coffee shops and restaurants, a Sunday morning Farmers' Market, bike rides and incredible sunsets! Highly recommend this property for a relaxing beach getaway.

Beach stay before Whittier College Granddaughter’s graduation.

It worked out perfect for our stay. Two car garage, comfortable beds, very clean, close to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful beach home!!

The beach house stay was wonderful! We had everything we needed available to use such as beach towels and toys, trash bags, shampoo and conditioner, and ziplock bags. It was well stocked with everything we needed! We loved being so close to the beach and restaurants! It was a perfect place for a vacation!

My husband and I grew up in Southern California and always dreamed of owning a place in Newport Beach. After spending several years working overseas in Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines we returned to fulfill that dream. In 1990 we bought a brand new duplex in Newport and it has become a favorite place for our family and friends to stay.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our place is a 20 minute drive from John Wayne airport, 30 minutes from Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. It is also within walking distance to the Newport and Balboa Piers as well as great restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, not to mention only 7 houses from the beach. One of our favorite things to do in the afternoon is to walk down the boardwalk and get a frozen banana.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Another favorite past time is to sip our morning coffee on the patio while watching the pods of dolphins and Catalina Island in the distance. The gentle waves made it ideal for swimming, surfing or body surfing.
