This home is in a residential area in North Little Rock. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, large den with a wood burning fireplace and sleeps up to 12. Base rate is for 4 guest and is published. We have an additional $20 per night, per guest fee over 4 guest. Eat in kitchen, formal dining area and a laundry room. Home sits on a small lake. Enjoy the lake view from the large deck or you can fish from shoreline in the back yard. No swimming We provide WiFi, coffee & all the fixins, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. We provide starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels.We also provide a hair dryer in each bathroom. Ironing board and iron also provided. We are approx 7 mins from the back gate of the Air Force Base. 10 minutes from Verizon Arena. There is a grocery store 3 blocks away and close to tons of shopping and restaurants. You must be 25 to book and stay for the entire booking, no smokers, no parties, no unauthorized guest. We allow up to 2 Small, NON SHEDDING dogs with a $75 non refundable pet deposit. Pets must be on the booking and approved by the host

It was just okay. The lint filter of the drying looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The intake air vents in living room and hallway were disgusted and I had 3 babies visiting in the day time.The small kitchen oven was filthy and ancient.The patio had splits in the wooden deck and was full of moss and steps too. It rained several days and was wet when we came down them to go fishing.Half of the garage was full of furniture.

Claudia, I’m so sorry that you had such a bad experience. We certainly cannot control the weather, but my husband is actually the one who changes the air vent filters and does them on a monthly basis. I will have him look at the deck and let the Cleaning Lady know about the oven and the dryer lint trap. We do not list the garage as a feature specifically because we use half of it for storage. We have never had complaints before and always get Five star reviews so I am shocked by these issues but we will get right on them. I assure you.

Great for large families/groups

We had a dance competition in Little Rock. Worked perfectly with room for 2 families. Kids loved staying in the basement and we loved sending them to the basement to play. Older home, but kept very clean.

Very relaxing Bach yard.

The back yard is beautiful. Lots of birds, ducks, swans. 2 full bath and a half bath downstairs. Older, but clean and comfortable. Will stay here next time we’re in the area.

Comfortable home in North Little Rock

My group really enjoyed our stay in North Little Rock. The backyard was so nice to relax in after our daily sightseeing in the city. We loved how close the home was to all the attractions: Museum of Discovery, Riverfront Park, and the zoo. The utensils in the kitchen were a little sparse but I was still able to cook breakfasts and dinners at the house. We do look forward to staying again!

Emily I’m so disappointed you felt your stay was only a 4 star. What kitchen utensils did you need that were not there and I will get those immediately. We have spatulas, big serving spoons, slotted spoons, pizza cutter, can opener, wine opener, & a knife set. Please let me know what else you needed
