We have a lovely ocean view and are blocked from the road noise. All you hear is waves. Fully stocked and ready for fun. This one bedroom very deluxe unit has all the things for cooking, fun in the sea and relaxing on the private lanai overlooking the pool and ocean. This is not some unit set back with a peek a boo view. In a very quiet 14 unit building only 2 miles from town. Right across from the farmers market so you can shop for the best Kona has to offer. The bedroom has a comfy new King sized bed and a private vanity. The travertine floor throughout makes the living space is open and tropical. The lanai is the best spot for an evening drink or early breakfast. Super fast WiFi via wireless. Local phone calls from the unit. Photos do not do it justice, we gutted the bathroom (all new travertine walk in shower, travertine floor and new granite vanity. Updated bedroom suite with all new linens. Entire new living room floor, TV, and lanai doors & windows. New showplace Granite kitchen! New appliances, new cookware. The works.

This small (14 unit) complex caters to those who would like to enjoy serenity, a sparkling clean pool to swim in, beach side BBQ’s using BBQs, awesome sunsets and yet close to the heart of the Kona vacation experience. A short 3 mile walk or drive south of Kailua-Kona. Our condo overlooks the ocean and does have a roof in part of the view. Please use the photos to understand what the unit looks like. The roof becomes almost invisible in afternoon light and the view is really special.

There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a separate vanity with sink, bedroom free standing A/C (that most people don't use )and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Conveniently located 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the town center on the well-known Ali Drive. For the ultimate in relaxation: Right on your own lanai, from sunrise to sunset, the views and sounds of the crashing surf are unforgettable. Have your morning (Kona) coffee watching outrigger canoe paddling teams, humpback whales breaching, and spinner dolphins frolicking in the surf. Numerous shops, restaurants, and cinemas for you to explore.

This is an upstairs unit. No one above you but you do need to walk up one flight of stairs. It is not a child safe unit as the lanai opens right off the living room and there is a staircase around the corner that a small child can easily reach.

This unit is special. Very quiet building and this unit being upstairs is really quiet. Our unit is all remodeled and kept up between guests. The low nightly rate is to allow new guests to learn about our great condo. In comparison to others even in the same building it is a great deal. We bought the unit and have totally remodeled it over the past 5 years. We love getting to meet our visitors and share our island home. The nightly rate will not stay this low very long into 2018

We came over from Oahu and planned on doing activities most days but when we got here we just fell into the relax mode and spent most of the week at the pool and being home bodies. The Wifi is very fast. The TV seemed to be failing so we called the owners. He came and checked then went and bought a new flat screen and installed it the same day. Pretty cool. We will return.

Outside area including pool, outstanding! Condo #205 DISGUSTING filthy bed,shower,huge cockroaches,

We have vacationed a lot and have never experienced such disgusting filth! After getting in around 11:30 pm we entered the condo to the most disturbing welcome! I had to use the restroom and opened the door and was met by a 4” cockroache! The cockroaches came with the condo! The owner had every excuse and not one apology for the condition. I wanted my money back but had paid in full months in advance. We had no other means to go else where. We slept on top of the bed with hopefully clean towels. The sheets had hair and black sand in them. The dishwasher was full of cockroaches when my husband opened it. Unfortunately he immediately ran it to get rid of them. We washed dishes by had what little we used. Thank god for paper plates. Complained to all the contacts that were given to use and was told by the owner I was threatening and extortiing her to get a refund or I would give a bad review! I didn’t threaten I truly intended to give a bad review to save the next person from this disgusting place. I paid over $1700 dollars and a cleaning fee that I didn’t received. Her summmary of the place is exaggerated, your view is 80% of a rooftop of the next building! Move the table on the lanai and you can see the ocean but your almost to the stairwell.

I explained in February to the owner how I wanted to hear the ocean waves falling asleep. She assured be that I could do this. Well the “RULES OF THE CONDO” are if you want ac to keep the door shut! The place is so hot that you had to have the ac on? She knew how loud it was because it’s old and doesn’t work well. More rules, don’t leave with the ac on! So, then you come back to a hot hell hole that takes hours to cool down. Your told not to leave ANY FANon when leaving. All to save the owner money! Isn’t that what we paid for a comfortable place to rest? What a nightmare! She sent her staff over and they were sympathetic to the condition even her cleaning lady that was so high on crack or something! Their the only ones that apologized but the owner soon made out like we were not nice to them That is totally untrue! I even hugged the one girl Mitzi and thanked her for coming. She was trying to get a different rental to stay in but the owner wouldn’t allow it. 2 days of our vacation was totally ruined by not knowing if we would be locked out because we complained. The cleaning lady even texted my husband to tell us we needed to vacate immediately! The owner should have done the right thing and didn't!☹
