In a building of character (former Grand Hotel Houlgate renovated). Ground floor garden view. Exceptional location 50 meters from the beach, the center (shops and restaurants) and cinema. Bright and sunny. In very good shape.

Nice flat of 2 rooms including an entrance, a stay with opened kitchen, a room with room of shower and 2 TOILET. 4/5 beds in total: 1 double bed 160x200 in the room and 2/3 beds in the living room.
Functional, furnished and equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, TV with VHS player and DVD).

Appartement idéalement situé !

Situé face à la mer, dans un splendide hôtel du 19 è, à proximité de tous commerces, restaurants et autres distractions, appart très sympath, propre , bien équipé ( vaisselle- électro - ménager -seul hic...le convertible pas confortable du tout) .Le linge de maison est à louer mais tout était prêts à notre arrivée.Notre hôtesse, Christine, charmante personne à l'écoute . A renouveler !.

Proche du centre ville et de la plage, cet appartement est très bien situé et très fonctionnel.il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable! Et surtout très bon couchages !! Nous reviendrons!!

Le séjour s’est très bien déroulé. Le seul petit bémol est l’insonorisation un peu insuffisante. On entend les bruits du couloir comme s’ils venaient de l’appartement.

Idéalement placé, l’appartement est dans l’ancien grand hôtel de houlgate. Il est calme et suffisamment équipé pour y passer un séjour agréable sans manquer de Rien. Nous y avons séjourné en à 4 sans problème ! Je recommande

Run down, full of mould

Everything was fine until we saw the bathroom. The shower is completely full of mould. We contacted the owner , who send the cleaning lady. We waited for her to come and tell us that she will come later ( first day ruined) she came later , cleaned a little , couldn’t remove the mould and informed us that she will come the next day. So again we waited for her the next day ( second day ruined) to inform us that everything will be done another day completely new by a plumber. Nobody showed up in the morning , nobody showed up in the afternoon ( although the owner told us to wait in the afternoon) Finally the next day the guy showed up to make new silicone ( but only inside the shower at the bottom, he cannot repair or clean all mould) and to inform us that there will be no shower possible for minimum 24 h. This of course was impossible. I contacted the owner : no answer anymore. I am not complaining about dirty walls, pans, dishwasher ( which actually is unusable because everything comes out as dirty as you put in) The washing machine is molded also , but this i don’t need. There is not enough cutlery for us..... All this is not a big issue. But all together spoils seriously our vacation

Un séjour sympathique

Nous sommes allé dans l'appartement 5 jours avec nos 2 enfants, nous avons apprécié l'emplacement idéal ainsi que le cachet de l'ancien grand hôtel. La chambre est grande, l'appartement fonctionnel. De petits soucis vite réglés grâce a la concierge très sympathique, il ne manquait que du bon café ;)
