The terrace and the garden of 55 m2 equipped with a plancha will allow you to take full advantage of the outdoors and have your meal in a pleasant setting. The 55 m2 courtyard will allow you to park your vehicles without difficulty.
It is located close to shops, supervised beaches, swimming lessons (seawater pool on the beach) and surf lessons.

This apartment located on the ground floor is composed of a fitted American kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, ceramic hob, fridge), a bathroom (bath, shower), 3 bedrooms, one with terrace and bathroom and 140 cm bed, second bedroom with 160 cm bed, 3rd bedroom with 140 cm bed and 90 cm bed, a courtyard with garden equipped with a plancha and garden furniture.
Possibility to park 3 cars in the yard.

Request of 30% on booking and 1000 € deposit not cashed and returned at the end of the stay after inventory. Also, 80 € will be asked for the uncashed cleaning and returned at the end of the stay if the rental is cleaned.

Emplacement idéal à quelques mètres de la plage,pour une escapade familiale de 4 jours ; appartement très agréable avec possibilité non négligeable de manger à l’extérieur, et de garer les voitures a l’intérieur ! La propriétaire est très agréable et le logement répond au descriptif . Pas besoin d'utiliser son véhicule . Tout se fait à pied . La plage est à 30 m et les commerces aussi . Le logement est très agréable et très bien équipé , nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir

Logement Exceptionnel et Fonctionnel ! Un séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle. Un accueil des plus chaleureux dans logement propre et très fonctionnel dont la situation géographique nous a permis de ne pas du tout utiliser les voitures de la semaine. Proche de toutes les commodités, location de vélo et de planches a 30 mètres de la plage, a 5 minutes à pied de Santocha. La terrasse équipée et les 3 places de parking sont assurément un luxe sans prix aussi proche de la plage. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine, encore merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse.

Appartement très agréable et très bien équipé pour 7 personnes , très bien situé à 30 metres de la plage centrale avec cour interieure permettant de stationner 3 voitures. Un très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui est toujours disponible au cas ou. On y retournera avec grand plaisir.
