CAPBRETON BEACH:

Rated 4 stars by the Landes Departmental Tourism Committee, this beautiful 42 m² apartment from 2013 is located in the prestigious “Estacade” Residence.

Its exceptional location allows you to do everything on foot: the beach is just 50m away, as well as the marina, fish market, shops, restaurants, waffles/ice cream stands, and the CERS (for those interested)...

This tastefully appointed apartment faces due south and is located on the 1st floor with elevator access.

It features: an entrance with closet, a bathroom with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with closet and a 160 cm SIMMONS mattress bed, a living room with a high-quality 160 cm sofa bed (Mobilier de France), and a large terrace where you can enjoy sunsets. There’s also a shared bike storage room.

Amenities include: TV, Wi-Fi, Bose SoundTouch 10 speaker, dishwasher, washing machine, multifunction oven, toaster, coffee maker, hand mixer, food chopper, vacuum cleaner, ironing board + iron, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, bed linens, towels, heated towel rail, terrace with a table + 4 chairs…

The bed will even be made upon your arrival.

Immaculate, close to beach!

This very clean one bedroom apartment is, maybe, 50m from the beach. Great shops, restaurants in the area. Wonderful surfing. Great walking on the promenade. Both the bed and fold out couch were very comfortable. There is no AC which would have been very hot for us Canadians if the weather had not cooled down. Thankfully there were a couple fans provided. Otherwise, a wonderful place and Philippe was a great host, responding to all our enquires quickly.

Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben es auch sehr sauber vorgefunden. Der check in hat super geklappt . Danke da auch an unseren Gastgeber Philippe. Die Lage zum Strand und zu den Restaurants konnte besser kaum sein. Für Strandurlaub wunderbar.Wir könnes es uns vorstellen wiederzukommen.

Nous hésitions, lors de la réservation, entre deux appartements, notre choix s'est finalement fixé sur celui de Philippe et Christine, et c'est... sans regret ! A 2 minutes à pieds de l'océan, au cœur de la "vie" de Capbreton, une place de parking au sous-sol de la résidence, un appart fonctionnel et décoré avec goût, et qui plus est, une météo au top, bref, en deux mots : n'hésitez pas !!! Si l’occasion se présente, nous, nous n'hésiterons pas !

Très bel appartement et excellent accueil de Madame, Tout est confortable, et agréable, parking en plus! La plage est à proximité immédiate. Seule remarque, mettez des rideaux car tout allait bien l'immeuble en face était vide, mais dans le cas contraire, l'intimité est délicate A bientôt
