Pet-Friendly Stay:
Pets are welcome only when declared and approved in advance. A pet fee of £60 per pet applies and will be added after your booking is confirmed via our secure guest portal. Undeclared pets may result in additional charges.

Check-in instructions will only be shared on the day of arrival once all required steps are completed, including verification, rental agreement, security fee, and any applicable pet fees.

Guest Portal, Verification & Required Fees:
After booking, guests must complete the required verification process through our secure guest portal. This includes providing ID, signing the rental agreement, settling the refundable security fee, and paying any applicable pet fees.

Check-in details will only be released once all required steps are completed. Failure to complete the guest portal requirements before arrival may delay or prevent check-in.

Security Fee & Responsibility:
A refundable security fee of £250 is required before check-in. Any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking, unauthorized pets, parties, or rule violations may be charged against the security fee or requested through the platform/guest portal where applicable.

Pets:
Pets must be declared before arrival and approved in advance. A £60 fee applies per pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and for any pet-related damage, stains, odours, or extra cleaning required.

Check-Out:
Guests must check out on time unless a late check-out has been approved in advance. Late check-out without approval may result in additional charges.
