Set in the heart of The Mumbles, a large seaside village offering a pretty pier dating from 1898 with local amenities restaurants, cafe's bars, and the seafront promenade all within walking distance. Views across Swansea Bay, All Saints Church in front and Oystermouth Castle nearby, it's an ideal base to explore the area. Mumbles itself is a destination- full of character, with a friendly atmosphere and plenty to see and do. Bracelet Bay and Langland Bay are both within walking distance, connected by scenic coastal paths. Further afield, the Gower Peninsula offers wide, open beaches and stunning landscapes including Rhossili Bay and Worm's Head, as well as Oxwich Bay and Three Cliffs Bay. Swansea (5 miles) offering galleries, shopping, and connections to the city's most famous son Dylan Thomas.


The ground floor entrance hall leads on to a staircase to the first floor through to the neat lounge with its modern furnishings and neutral decor and a large bay window showcasing views across Swansea Bay a perfect spot to relax and take it all in. This house is tastefully decorated in neutral tones with subtle maritime touches while retaining its original character.
