The space

Indoors, the generous living room is the heart of the flat, with comfortable seating for unwinding after a day out, while the fully equipped kitchen makes home-cooked meals easy. Fast, reliable wifi throughout makes it just as easy to get work done as it is to switch off and relax.

Perfectly placed just moments from London Road Station, you're only a short hop from Brighton's seafront, the North Laine's independent shops and cafés, and the city centre — with fast links onward if you're exploring further afield.

Kitchen & living area

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need, from the basics to the extras that make longer stays comfortable. The living room is designed for getting together — a bright, relaxed space to socialise, work, or simply enjoy the flat's calm, hotel-inspired feel. On warmer days access the garden from the kitchen and living area, which makes a natural extension of the living space, whether that's alfresco dining or just relaxing with a book in the sunshine.

Guest access

Accessed from a private front door, you'll have full private access to the entire flat and garden for the duration of your stay.
