Nestled in the beautiful idyllic village of Strathyre, located within the magnificent Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Easy reach of the historic town of Callander and the city of Stirling with its excellent shopping and leisure facilities. Enjoy an array of scenic walks and cycle routes from your doorstep including Route 7 Sustrans Cycle route, Rob Roy Long Distance Footpath and Strathyre forest trails. As well as a fantastic range of Munros to explore including the nearby Ben Vorlich. The spectacular Loch Lubnaig is also close at hand with Loch Earn and Loch Tay within easy reach, perfect for watersports enthusiasts. Or visit the nearby Balquhidder kirkyard to see the resting place of the world-famous outlaw Rob Roy.

Stepping inside this luxurious period cottage into the hall perfect place to store your outdoor clothing, through to the beautiful light and bright lounge. Relax on the comfy spacious sofa and enjoy cosy nights in front of the roaring wood burner, after a day out exploring this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Enjoy a great movie together on the Smart TV or play on the Xbox which has one controller and a few games to choose from and able to play the selection of DVD's. Continuing back through the hall you are met with the wonderful well-equipped kitchen, perfect to cook up a storm with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Next is the stylish dining room with beautiful exposed feature stone walls and French doors leading out to the fully enclosed garden with seating area. This is the perfect spot so enjoy romantic and family meals together whilst listening to your music on the Bose blue tooth speaker. Completing the ground floor is the stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading up the stairs you are met with the light and bright master king-size bedroom with beautiful views to enjoy and en-suite shower room with shower cubical and WC. Finally completing the accommodation is the lovely double bedroom with an additional single bed, also with beautiful views and an en-suite shower room with shower cubical and WC.

Venturing outside to the fully enclosed garden with seating areas perfect of al fresco dining and lazy evening star gazing, perhaps with a wee dram, good local ale or a nice glass of wine. There is also a mature grassed area accessed via a few steps from the lower garden. There is private off-road parking available for three cars directly in front of the property.
