This retreat sits on the outskirts of the town of Newport and the high street, is filled with lovely places to eat and charming independent shops, all just 1.5 miles away. If you want to explore the scenic surroundings, head out on one of the lovely walking paths around the River Nevern wildfowl conservation area, and look out for the birdlife that makes its home here. To stretch your legs, the walk up Carningli mountain can be reached from this holiday park and is a great way to take in the surroundings, with outstanding views when you reach its summit.

Located in the Manor House on the first floor, step inside into the pretty, open-plan space with a lounge, dining room and wonderful kitchen where you can prep and cook up meals, before eating at the dining table. Catch the morning news on the Smart TV or a good film, while settled together on the cosy seating. The lovely family bathroom completes this floor. The three delightful bedrooms can be found upstairs on the second floor. Take your pick between a beautiful double bedroom or the two delightful twin rooms.

Outside, the holiday park offers beautiful gardens. If you are keen to make the most of the park’s riverfront location, you can acquire a fishing permit from a post office and then spend your days fishing for trout, sewin and salmon that can be found in the River Nevern. For family fun, tee off at the on-site Riverbank Adventure Golf Course, make the most of the Duckpin Bowling, pool table, games room and children’s play areas, or head to the bar and restaurant to dine out.
