The Space:

Suite Sunset is arranged over two levels, offering comfortable spaces for families and groups who want to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living. The house accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor beside a bathroom with a walk in shower, making the layout practical for families or mixed groups. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, sharing a spacious bathroom with a bathtub.

Suite Sunset is located in Agios Vasilios, on the Boeotian coast of the Corinthian Gulf, where the sea meets a landscape of olive groves, pine covered slopes and mountain views. The setting suits guests who enjoy swimming, scenic drives and unhurried days close to nature. Everyday essentials, supermarkets, local markets and traditional tavernas are available within approximately 1 km, while the wider area gives you easy access to several distinct beaches and coastal villages.



Havgosi Beach is around a 10-minute walk from the property. Its more secluded setting makes it a rewarding option for guests who enjoy discovering quieter stretches of coastline. The beach is accessible on foot or by 4x4 vehicle only; it cannot be reached by a standard car.



Agios Vasilios Beach is approximately 1 km from the property. This sandy beach is the closest place for a swim and offers open views across the Corinthian Gulf. Municipal beach facilities in the area include parking, shade, showers, changing facilities and an accessible route to the water, although availability may vary during your stay.



Prosili Beach is approximately 6.6 km away. Set at the northern end of Aigosthena Bay, it combines sand, fine pebbles and rocky edges, with clear water and greenery around the shoreline. Its sheltered cove setting works well for swimming, reading by the water and spending a quieter morning beside the gulf.



The beaches of Porto Germeno begin approximately 8 km from the property. The coastline is divided naturally into several swimming areas, including Agios Nikolaos, the central beach and Magazia. The shores are mainly pebbled, with clear water, rocky sections and views towards the surrounding mountains. You can combine a swim with coffee, fresh fish or a walk along the seafront.



Psatha Beach is approximately 10 km away. Stretching for around 2.5 km beneath Mount Pateras, it has a broad pebble shoreline and deep blue water. Its length gives you plenty of choice between livelier sections and quieter places to settle near the sea, while the surrounding landscape makes it especially rewarding around sunset.



The coastal zone around Agios Vasilios, Porto Germeno and Psatha is shaped by Mount Pateras, limestone hills, pine forest and sheltered bays. The wider Porto Germeno and Psatha landscape is recognised for its natural value, making the area especially appealing for scenic drives, coastal walks and stops at elevated viewpoints over the gulf.



Around 8 km away, the archaeological fortress of Aigosthena rises above Porto Germeno. Dating from the fourth century BC, it preserves substantial defensive walls and a restored tower, and its position allows you to combine an ancient site with time beside the sea. The villages of Vilia and Kaparelli also offer a glimpse of everyday inland life, with traditional food, local produce and routes through the surrounding countryside.



Days here can move easily between swimming at Agios Vasilios, exploring the separate coves of Porto Germeno, spending an afternoon at Psatha and returning to the terrace for sunset. Having a car allows you to explore nearby beaches, mountain villages, archaeological sites and the scenic coastline of the Corinthian Gulf at your own pace.
