This 3 bedroom house was just renovated in the fall of 2017. The are two brand new bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have brand new queen size beds and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds to easily sleep 6 people. The house is furnished with everything you need for a great vacation. You'll have a comfortable eating nook, a spacious kitchen that is fully stocked with dishware and cookware and a comfy living area. Wifi is included along with a front porch to enjoy an afternoon cocktail. This updated vacation home could not sit in a better location. You are just 100 yards from Ocean Blvd and the sands of Hampton Beach. You are steps from the best restaurants and entertainment in Hampton Beach. You can park your car and walk the rest of your stay. Speaking of parking ... this house is significantly discounted as there is no off-street parking. There are several parking lots along H Street and around Hampton Beach. Plan on spending a few additional dollars to our listing price and you have a great vacation home. You can't beat this location. The house sits quietly in the back of our property that has two houses in front. It is very private in the back where this house is located. Full disclosure ... This house sits on the back of a property with two other houses in front. There is a driveway in front but those spaces are allocated for the renters of the front houses. Depending on the time of year, overnight parking will cost between $20 - $30 for overnight parking. Each parking lot is different. You can sometime negotiate deals for the week and get a discount or you can pay day by day. Some lots are very strict and won't let you move your car for the week. Parking for this house can be a pain during the prime-time season, but you are getting significantly reduced rental fee. Please be aware of the parking situation. We are not responsible for additional headaches or fees for parking. We also do not have housekeeping services. We expect our renters to respect our house and leave it as they found it. This is not a hotel. When you leave, we expect our renters to sweep the floors and vacuum out the sand. Please leave the refrigerator empty and clean and wipe down the countertops and bathrooms. If you are looking for 5 star service, please look elsewhere. This is a nice, clean, updated cottage that we enjoy in the summer and rent out to other families to enjoy as well.
