Smell the salty air, listen to crashing waves, watch the tides come and go in the marsh, grill ribs and steaks as you watch stunning sunsets over the marsh, and be only 2 blocks from getting sand in your toes on the famed Hampton Beach while enjoying the busy main drag of Hampton Beach! This corner lot on Island Path boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, with large kitchen/dining area, separate living room, central air, front porch areas, and large side deck (with propane grill and separate refrigerator!), and outdoor shower. Walk barefoot on the lawn, relax in the hammock, kick back on the side deck outdoor dining area (seats 6). Breathe in the calmness of vacation right near wonderful Hampton Beach. Three bedrooms (full, queen, twin bunk beds) and a sleep sofa the living room. Sleeps 7. Fully furnished kitchen has gas range, air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, KitchenAid mixer, and full-sized refrigerator. Washer/dryer at no charge. Small mudroom off the side patio with beach chairs available. Driveway parks 4 cars. Easy access in/out of Hampton Beach. Dog friendly but PLEASE check the pet box during your reservation if you are bringing your pet. No smoking or firearms permitted on the property.

We loved our stay here. Was an easy walk to the beach. This was an amazing place and we enjoyed our first time staying at Hampton Beach. Linda was very helpful and made our stay an easy and memorable one.

Perfectly titled as “Great Space”! We loved this adorable little house. The hosts have created a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere, in a great location at Hampton Beach. Our group of friends had just the right amount of space and enjoyed our stay fully.

Linda has thought about every little detail in this house.I don't want to say too much, because I don't want too many people to know about this space:) Beach is two blocks away, which is an easy walk, yet far enough away so you don't hear the traffic. Trust me, you will love this cottage.

Great rental home. Many options for relaxing on the back deck, front porch or enclosed front porch. Nice shaded yard with a hammock. Great neighborhood. Grill and fridge on the deck were nice to have. The bicycles provided were also a nice plus.

Perfect summer getaway

Perfect family vacation!!

The house was spacious and had everything we needed and more! The outdoor shower was amazing and perfect for getting the sand off the kiddos after the beach. Linda and Bill were responsive and gracious hosts! We will be back!

Hampton Beach Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach house. We were a short walk from the beach and shops. We enjoyed the games, hammock, and bbq set up at the house. Check in and out was a breeze and the host was very responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing rental

Our family had the most wonderful stay at this location. It was the most quietest spot we've stayed at in hampton beach. It was extremely clean, and they provided every appliance you could possibly need for your home away from home. Overall, A+ we would definitely recommend booking your next vacation at this property.

Beach cottage
