The home is divided into 2. Guests have entire private entry and access to the part of the house with 2 bedrooms, lounge, 1 bathroom / laundry, dining, office nook, el fresco and enclosed courtyard with lawned area. The other area is reserved for the host and has a separate entrance.

There is a very good children’s playground across the road with a full-sized tennis court included.

A bike or walk track is accessible directly behind the property. This home is located in an excellent family friendly area.

There is a walk and bike cement pathway, that goes all the way into town through the nature reserve in the middle of the highway.

Travel by car is advised, although there is provision for bikes via lanes and tracks on internal streets. There is a river track throughout the town on both sides of the Mitchell River. The rail trail joins towns throughout East Gippsland.

It is advised to shop at Eastwood Village shopping centre, (4km) where parking is easy and everything is available there. Aroma has good coffee, Town & Country Pizzas are great (they deliver) and the butchers has the highest quality meat in Gippsland. Super IGA price matches the big 2 Supermarkets.
