About this property

Comfy, cozy mountain getaway.

This welcoming cabin will provide you and your family with much needed rest and relaxation. With a wood-burning stove and a hot tub, your time spent here will really 'heat up' and rejuvenate your soul.

This three bedroom, two bathroom cabin has two queen beds, one double bed and two sets of bunk beds that will easily sleep eight people. The fridge and stove are fairly new and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Many small appliances are also available including coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, etc.

A selection of games including crokinole, cards, and an original Nintendo game system will keep you entertained. A toy box filled with puzzles, books, lego, K'Nex and wooden blocks will keep the little ones busy. There are two televisions with cable and wifi is accessible for renters.

It is only a 30 minute drive to either Panorama or Fairmont ski resorts (winter season) or a half dozen amazing golf courses (spring, summer and fall). There are also numerous hiking trails of various degrees of difficulty close by. The kids will love the slide and swing set in the back yard.

As part of the exclusive community of Timber Ridge, rental of this cabin allows you access to a private beach with large grass area, beach volleyball, floating docks with slide and diving board, boat launch access, and many other amenities.

Ski Trip

Place is very well stocked and very spacious for even bigger groups of adults or families. Location is perfect for hitting the ski hill, lake, or getting some golfing in. Would definitely stay again.

Great place in a great area!

We enjoyed our time. Loved the home and amenities like the firepit and hot tub. We went in the off season but still enjoyed a walk to the private beach and a round of golf at Copper point. Will stay again if in the area!

Amazing location and property

We could not have been happier with our stay. Everything was as described or better. There were plenty of beds for everyone, the hot tub at the end of the day was a definite bonus, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot for a quiet weekend!

We really enjoyed our time at Shannon’s! The house was very well stocked, hot tub was great to relax in and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We liked the paths throughout the community and walked down to the lake a couple times which was fabulous. Shannon was so nice to work with and we hope to come back soon!

Lovely!

The cabin was spacious enough for a group of 8 and when we weren't at the beach we loved gathering on the big deck or using the hot tub under the stars. The Timber Ridge community is scenic and peaceful and we were impressed with the private access to the beautiful park and beach area. Shannon is a great host and made us feel so welcome during our stay.

Shanny's Shack

Wonderful property, great owner. Had a great time and will return. It's definitely and 4 season property. We valeted our boat at Pete's Marina for a decent fee for the week, a short 5 min drive from the cabin. It was the ideal situation and we could all be on the water in minutes with no hassle. The private beach is also superb! Shannon was awesome to connect with, she knows her property well and everything is set up perfectly to accomodate large family like ours. The hot tub was the cherry on top, relaxing after a busy day of adventure. Kids enjoyed the hot springs, zip lining, climbing wall, golf, boating, Kinsmen Beach, paddleboard rentals, excellent dining options, etc. Can't wait to return! Invermere is awesome!

Great spot for a family vacation

This cabin was great for our family of 4. It was spacious and comfortable, and it had everything we needed! The Timber Ridge Beach area was excellent, and we made good use of the hot tub and Nintendo on the cooler days 😊 Shannon was very thoughtful, accommodating and responsive! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful cabin for incredible value

Shannon’s place is nestled in the quiet neighbourhood of timber ridge. Easy to find and beautifully situation amongst the trees giving it a natural relaxing vibe. The home is beautifully designed and family friendly. A big chest of toys downstairs for kids and lots of games for adults. The hot tub in the back yard is the perfect tonics for a relaxing getaway for couples or a family. Shannon is easy to get ahold of and helpful if needed. Highly recommend!

Great cottage, lots of room, clean, well stocked and most of all very welcoming and cozy. Had fun playing games that were there, hot tub was a great way to relax. Lots of room, large basement with bathroom and separate bedroom with queen and bunks as well as bunks tucked into corner of basement 2 bedrooms up with bathroom, well stocked with hot tub towels and bath towels as well as paper products. It was very comfortable, would highly recommend!!

What an awesome little holiday house! The private beach was small but nice, and WAAAAYYY less busy than Kinsmen beach! A bit rocky but WAAAYYY less rocky than James Chabot beach! :D The private beach area also has beach volleyball and tennis, and a big grassy area for frisbee, spike ball etc. Shanny's Shack was a great place as well! Open kitchen/living room, good sized bedrooms, the NES was sweet and the hot tub was always the perfect end to a day at the beach. Will definitely book here again!
