This charming house of 250 m2 is our second home.

The house is located 15 km east of Valence with quick access to the A7 motorway, just 15 minutes from the TGV station.

It is located at the foot of the Vercors and its cliffs, two minutes from the medieval village of Chabeuil and all its amenities (market, supermarket and local producers).

Your second home is at the end of a path not overlooked. On its 4800 m2 plot with a swimming pool and a spring, you will be calm and you will be able to fully enjoy your stay.

For nature lovers, this house will be the starting point for many excursions: on foot, on horseback (Stud farm at 3 kms) or by Kayak on the Drôme (20 kms).

You can also explore the Drôme Provençale and its many villages and castles.
The Ardèche is only 30 minutes away and offers magnificent landscapes.

For gourmets, you will be seduced by the many local products and specialties of the Drôme (ravioli - Nyons olives - cheeses - meats (caillettes) - fruits and vegetables ...).
Wine lovers will not be disappointed. they can easily visit the cellars of wine producers in the Rhône Valley.

At home, you will enjoy your swimming pool facing south, the terrace and pleasant evenings to the sound of crickets.
