This tropical 4th floor 1 bedroom 1.5 baths fully furnished condo is located in a desirable Palma Del Mar community on Isla Del Sol, St Petersburg, Florida. It includes all kitchen essentials (cookware and utensils), linens, and towels.
Enjoy outdoor dining on the balcony with partial views of the Tampa Bay, heated pool, and a golf course. Unit has a large living room and master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet, ceramic tile throughout, central AC, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, and stackable washer/dryer inside the unit.
Condo has keyless touch code lock, 2 flat screen TVs in living room and bedroom, WiFi, cable channels, Blu Ray DVD/CD player (with access to your Netflix, Prime Video, Vudu, YouTube, Pandora, and Rapster accounts). Building has security access and entertainment area with TV, free WiFi, and a billiard table.

Palma Del Mar is a WATERFRONT community located between Boca Ciega and Tampa Bay. Community features beautiful lush tropical landscaping and wonderful waterfront heated pool, hot tub, fishing pier, and water access for kayaking next to the building. It is also a private GOLF community. Isla del Sol Yacht and Tennis Club has Memberships available separately. Please check with the Club for days and weeks when no membership is required for golf and other activities.
Very convenient location, just minutes away from St. Pete Beach and Fort De Soto Park. It is a short drive to other beaches including Treasure Island, Madeira, Redington, Clearwater, and other beaches along the Gulf Blvd. Enjoy a lot of beach activities and restaurants near the beaches or downtown St Petersburg, Tampa, Sarasota, and other places on Gulf of Mexico coast.

Palma Del Mar community has an easy access to I-275 via the Pinellas Bayway to St Petersburg and Tampa. Tampa International Airport is less than 30 min away. It is a great vacation getaway.

1st Experience with VRBO based on friends input. Pictures online were an accurate reflection of the unit. . Well kept grounds, pool very clean and warm. great for exercising!!. 2 TV's, very basic service, same channels not available on both! Our experience as based on 45 days in January/February 2018. Close to St Pete beach, restaurants and basic services close by. Would stay here again. OBTW - strong internet signal running GTM sessions to support a couple of necessary meetings as well was no impact on performance

Overall great place to stay

The unit we rented could be cleaner showing wear, dusty behind and underneath the furniture, the walls could be washed and grout on floors some of the tiles are black since grourt is hard to clean and around the tub need some TLC. Kitchen cabinets also need some washing. Owner was nice to deal with. Cleaning supplies in the condo were old so hard to keep it clean, linens on the bed are old and should be replaced. Also needs pool towels none provided. Again the owner was helpful when booking. One complaint the place needs major cleaning.

I instantly liked Palma del Mar community and Isla Del Sol as an island when I drove through it. This is the reason I bought this condo. This is a peaceful, quiet, and resort like area, which allows me to have different activities and it is close to the beaches and social life in downtown St Petersburg.

What makes this property unique

This place offers beautiful resort like environment, enjoyable walks in the morning, around the island, biking, tennis, fishing, and golf. Take a 40 min brisk walk or short drive to St Pete beach or other beaches along Gulf Blvd. Pamper yourself in a heated pool or hot tub. Have a pleasant breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the view.
