Welcome to the “Beach Life" condo conveniently located on the ground floor of the Madeira Beach Yacht Club, a 5 minute walk to shopping, dining, AND the beach. Enjoy breath taking gulf coast sunsets from the beautiful white sands of Madeira Beach. Kitchen amenities galore for dining in, plus all the beach goer amenities you need, accommodates up to 2 guests, and a 50" Smart TV, plus laundry in unit. MBYCC also includes 2 heated pools, hot tub and fitness center for all guests. ROC Park across the street with pickle ball, tennis, basketball courts. Also includes beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. Maximum 2 guests.

Great

They had everything we needed for the beach. We flew so we weren’t able to bring that stuff with us. The cart for the grocery store was a big help as well since we didn’t have a vehicle.

Beautiful place great location

This unit has everything you need. So many extra well thought out amenities (coolers,boogie boards). No need to rent a car for everything is in walking distance.

Great location

Overall, this condo is in a perfect location. The two pools were nice, across the street from grocery and beach. My only complaint involves the horribly uncomfortable couch/bed in living room. Could not sit on it for any length of time. It would be nice if the table in the porch room was smaller and another seating area would be nice. We spent a lot of time out there. Having carts/beach chairs/beach towels/umbrella/coolers available was super nice.

Perfect location!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The host was super responsive and quickly resolved a minor mixup on our part with the check-in process. (Be sure to stop by the on-site office for your parking pass, so you don't lose gate access ;-). The condo was cozy and had all the amenities and thoughtful touches we needed for a terrific week at the beach. The unit is very close to the beach. Just a quick walk through the CVS parking lot & across the street, and your toes will be in the sand. The Snack Shack is right there, too, so you can buy a treat or a full meal if you don't want to haul a cooler down to the water. Several restaurants are just around the corner from the condo, as well as a dollar store & grocery store. There's a convenient shower next to the Snack Shack where you can spray off after the beach, and we also enjoyed the pool at the condo, which was never too crowded. The condo was clean, the bed was really comfy, and we liked having access to a washer & dryer in the unit. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks for hosting us!

We have rented this property before, perfect for a couple, has everything you need. Walk to the beach, all needs are within a short walk or drive. Will be back.

Great Place to Stay

Loved the place. One suggestion, a new couch. It is very uncomfortable to sit on and it hurts your back to sleep on it. Loved everything else, location to grocery store and the beach. There is everything you nedc right in the condo. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay

The owner provided us with a great place to stay. Me (21) and my friend (25) stayed here and during our stay had no issues. Owner responded to any questions within an hour or so at the latest. We were close to multiple bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Everything was in walking distance. Cleaners had left trash and wrappers underneath the couches but I reported to the owner and I'm sure it wouldn't happen again now that it's known. Other than that extremely clean, almost like I was in my own home. Provided me with everything I needed. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a good reasonably priced place to stay. This was the cheapest stay in the entire yacht club and my other two friends had rented their own units. My unit was not only nicer than both of theirs but also cheaper.

Great place to stay!

Great location, great communication with host, cozy and clean condo close to everything. Host provided grocery cart, beach chairs and umbrella which was very useful. Loved our stay.

Welcome to "Beach Life" with Jim & Tanya. While originally from upstate NY, we raised two children and spent our family/beach vacations at the Jersey Shore and Myrtle Beach for over 20 years. Being near the beach became something we cannot live without. Our family traditions included sand castle creations, wiffle ball games, boogie boarding, along with lots of relaxation. With beautiful sunsets from the white sugary sands, you can soak up the sun, leave your footprints in the sand, watch the dolphins swim along the shore, and enjoy your favorite food and libation. "Beach Life" at Madeira Beach is the realization of a dream, so it is our pleasure to provide you a place to enjoy the lifestyle, and create new memories with friends and family.
