Cozy spacious home centrally located in a safe neighborhood
Enjoy a cozy home with modern furnishings with plenty of space - in Saint Paul’s most walkable neighborhood.
Space
The first floor has a living room, bathroom, dining room (that seats 8-10 people, remnants of the old servant button on the floor) and kitchen (refrigerator, oven/stove, coffee maker, and sink). There are two staircases to the second floor.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds that share a bathroom. There is an en-suite bathroom: a bedroom with a queen bed connected to a bathroom, that is also connected to a fourth room with a sofa bed (queen sized). Said otherwise, a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is one entrance to the 3rd floor from the 2nd floor.
The top floor (3rd) is like a private loft with it's own kitchenette, living room, bedroom and bathroom. A person or couple wanting maximum privacy can pick this spot. The entrance is shared on the 2nd floor.
Fenced in backyard with chairs and outdoor fire-pit. People of all backgrounds welcome.
Unfortunately, we do not allow parties nor children due to potential damage.
We can provide a cot and inflatable mattress upon request.
The basement has a den with a TV in it.
Guest access
Entire home, front porch and back fenced in yard. The following can be available upon request: use of washer/dryer, backyard grill, gas fireplace and sauna.
Guest interaction
We'll be available for questions and can show you around the property upon request.
Neighborhood overview
Guests will enjoy a highly walkable neighborhood minutes from locally famous restaurants, bars, shopping, a co-op for food, and coffee shops. Walk along historic Summit Avenue and enjoy the greatest number of Victorian homes in the state. We are a few minutes by foot to Mitchell-Hamline law school and not far off the Green Line LRT. We are happy to share tips to make the most of your time in Minneapolis-Saint Paul!
Getting around
This beautiful home is located just a mile from the Victoria station light-rail stop: the Green line takes you directly to downtown Minneapolis and Saint Paul, with direct access to US Bank Stadium, restaurants, entertainment and the best MN has to offer.

Hello! We love people, place-making, cultivating relationships, and hosting. Our first project as a couple was to remodel a home in St. Paul and will be St Paulites for life. For work I'm a nonprofit management consultant and my partner/husband is a videographer. We enjoy meeting new people and highlighting our favorite local restaurants and small businesses. We're often on the go, but love it when we have guests in our home. This is a our full time house, when it's rented out, we take a vacation, stay with friends, or family.
