This is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo available and located in the Chesapeake Lofts building on the water in downtown Sandusky. The building is 5 yrs old. There is a total of 5 beds (1 king,4 full size beds plus the couch). The unit is 1300 square feet and is fully furnished with security entry doors and parking security gates. There is an on-site work-out room, pool and hot tub.


Cedar Point can be seen across the water and is only a few minutes ride by car. The location of the condo allows you to avoid most traffic going to Cedar Point. There are restaurants and bars withing walking distance from the unit. There are many events in downtown Sandusky throughout the summer that are also within walking distance.

The public boat launch is 1/4 mile away from the unit and is perfect for fishing or pleasure boating. There is a fish cleaning business located at the launch.

The Put-N-Bay ferry (Jet Express) is 100 feet away and is only a 30 minutes ride to downtown Put-N-Bay and all of the shopping and entertainment that comes with.

We had a great stay during our trip to Cedar Point! Todd was fantastic, super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The place was spacious, clean, and the perfect spot to relax after a long day at the park. The location felt safe and had plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Living area couch should probably be replaced since it sags a bit.It was great for the 5 of us for our Port Clinton fishing trip. Why they chose this property

We purchased our unit because it was an old building they rehabbed and its location is just down the street so we can go there and enjoy being on the water whenever we choose.

What makes this property unique

The building has character and was well preserved when they turned the building into luxury condominiums.The building is located right on lake Erie but does has an awesome pool and is located downtown where there are no hotels and traffic just an old city feel.It is very close to cedar Point and you do not have to be in a traffic jam for an hour getting there from our location.There are plenty of parks walking distance to cook out,play with the kids or even fish.You do have plenty of choices for eating out and many with a view of the lake.
