Welcome to Villa Laule'a~~Hawaiian for peaceful happiness. This beautifully furnished & well equipped 4 bedroom townhouse is ready for your luxury vacation. Fine sheets and towels, fabulous kitchen. You'll enjoy the waterfront lagoon and close access to the ocean. You'll be in the charming town of Hawaii Kai, which is surrounded by the warm lagoon waters that flow into the ocean. All the amenities are close by: Costco, Safeway, banks, drug stores, movie theater, wonderful restaurants.

This house is located in The Moorings, a beautifully maintained townhouse community. You can use the swimming pool, you can book the recreation center for a private party, there is parking for you and a guest, plus additional street parking just outside the entrance.

Recreation is all around: rent a kayak for the lagoon, jet ski at the beach park, Hanauma Bay for world class snorkeling just up the road, famous beaches are a walk or short drive from this house, and the sun sets over Diamond Head.

We are just a phone call away, and we have a team of wonderful people on the island to help you with any needs you may have.

Beautiful home

Great Condo and Location

Perfect accommodations for three couples. Everyone had their own bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Excellent location being on the canal and close to Costco and shopping centers with several good restaurants within 5 minutes. Only 20 minutes away from Waikiki. Carla was very responsive to our needs and was so easy to work with. We hope to comeback and stay again.

Family Retreat

Our stay was absolutely incredible! The house has everything you need. I couldn't believe what the host provided. There was shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry soap, spices, beach chairs, goggles, beach towels....I could go on and on. It was such a blessing to not have to buy or pack all of these things on our own. If something broke, like an umbrella, you replace it and leave it for the next guests. I felt honored to give to the community (the next guests), as it had been done for our group. This condo style community is beautiful and quiet. We met several neighbors and they were very friendly.

Highlight of covid

This place was the perfect fit for my group! I stayed here with some friends since my college classes are online for 2.5 months and it was the best decision I have ever made. It is in such a great location, close to so many shopping centers (most importantly Costco!!) There were so many great places to eat around and also not a bad drive into town (the heart of Honolulu). Kitchen has anything you need to cook and AC works so well. Nothing beats watching the sunrise from the lanai, or going on a paddle board ride right outside the backyard. I miss her place so much!! I cannot say enough great things, and cannot thank Carla enough!!

Happy holiday times

Best place we have stayed in many years on Hawaii. Beautifully maintained neighborhood, and the condo has all the amenities you could want. We loved spending time on the back patio with views of plumeria and mountains. Master bed was absolutely great. The kitchen was perfect for entertaining for Christmas and had all the appliances, dishware, and cookware you could want. Grill in the common area was not so great, but the pool is wonderful. Flowers everywhere on the grounds made us very happy. Short walk to the beach for sunsets. Great access to the windward side of the island. Carla the host was excellent at communicating and made our stay even more pleasant.

Great property for any vacation or work from home period

Carla's property was wonderful for a stay in suburban Oahu. Internet was great for a few of us working from home and then house easily accommodated all of us. There is a great kitchen setup for cooking meals and the location is close enough to restaurants that you can walk or Honolulu is just a short drive away. I'd highly recommend this house for a vacation or a work from home stay on Oahu.

Home away from home

Carla's place is beautiful and well-equipped with all the essentials and more! The location is great too. The views are spectacular and it is close to everything but not touristy. Carla was wonderful to work with and very responsive to our needs. I highly recommend staying at this property!

I’m a mother of twins, an entrepreneur, and the founder of a nonprofit school for dyslexic children in Palo Alto. Our family and friends love having a place in Hawaii to come back to, and we love making it available to you when we don’t use it.

Why they chose this property

This house has everything: access to beautiful ocean and lagoons, located in a well-managed townhouse complex, with enough room for our family and friends. I did a massive remodel on the house for the whole first year I owned it to make it the beautiful retreat it is today, and I maintain it to the highest standards.

What makes this property unique

I can paddle away from our private dock into the lagoon and go straight out into the ocean, or plunk a chair down on the gorgeous lawn with a cocktail and watch the sun set over the back side of Diamond Head. I love the charming town of Hawaii Kai, which is much quieter than Honolulu or Waikiki. It’s where the real island people live, and it has all the amenities plus people who know my name.
