Our small villa is located on a private hill with a beautiful view of the sea, the mountains and the surrounding countryside.

Our hill is the ideal place to relax because it is far from busy roads, there is a pleasant breeze in the evening and it is only 850 meters from the sea.

The villa is located in a residence with a swimming pool where we serve breakfast.

On the beach below, called Ampoula, we also have a restaurant and a beach bar with sunbeds and umbrellas which are free for our guests.

We also offer a swimming pool, a barbecue area and a children's playground.

The villa can accommodate 2–4 people and consists of:
- living room with sofa bed for 2 people
- one double bedroom
- fully equipped kitchen
- large bathroom
- very large balcony
- spacious veranda with sunbeds and sea view
- air conditioning

Breakfast with our homemade/local products is included in the price.

The villa is located 2 km from Tsilivi, a tourist village with all services and entertainment, yet in a very quiet area with plenty of privacy.

Lovely place to stay

The Villas at LOFOS SOILIS are very nice. The apartments themselves are very clean and in a great location set in the middle of an Olive Grove. The villas all have their own private covered veranda. The terrace which is fringed by a number of tables where breakfast is served, and also evening meals, has a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding hills and sea across to Kefalonia. The terrace also has the swimming pool and sun loungers and is perfect to relax. The complex is about a ten minute walk down a very quiet road ro the beach where there were also a few nice restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

This was my worst vacation do not go here.

So this is how it went down we arrived and theres absolutely no wifi these people dont even know they have routers we were transfered multiple times and made us pay for broken showers, toilets, tables that were allready broken the people that work dont speak english, Blamed my dog of breaking their stuff like TV that fell while i was sleeping cuz it was unstable the whole time, Made me pay over 500 euros in total on all the repairs, Same breakfast everyday, Dirty pool with a lot of bugs and much smaller. Made us use the spare bed after the transfer which was soo small and hard to sleep in the bed. Overall this was the worst summer vacation, if you do come on zakynthos dont come here and definitely go and visit the beach Dafni, best food and best staff they made ur summer a little bit better. Thats my review.

FANTASTIC!

This was an absolutely perfect holiday, 2 weeks of bliss! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and made sure we quickly settled in. Our villa was great, really clean and comfortable, serviced every day and with a lovely patio area with sea views where we could eat meals or just relax - we just loved it. It's only a small site with about 8 villas/apartments set amongst gardens which are clean and tidy with lots of beautiful flowers and trees and they have made features of interesting old relics from the olive farm that was there many years ago. We loved the walk to the local beach, tavernas & shop, a gorgeous 10 minute stroll past lemon and orange trees and you can catch the local bus here too. The villas are up a hillside, and this gives great views from the pool and taverna area across to Kefalonia - this is where breakfast and evening meals are served and it was a joy to sit here and soak in the surroundings. Its quiet through the day, you can swim in the lovely clean pool, or just relax, enjoy the view and totally switch off. We absolutely loved the breakfast, Alexi is wonderful, making her own jams and marmalades from the local fruit, her pancakes are to die for, and there was also cereal, cake, a choice of cooked foods, fresh fruit, fresh bread, yoghurt, cold meats, cheese and more - a fantastic start to the day and amazingly included in the price! We also ate many evening meals here and were never disappointed. Alexi and Pedros go out of their way to please everyone, they are such lovely people and their staff are great. OK not everyone spoke perfect English, but at least they try, and compared to our Greek (which is almost none existent) we couldn't complain - we always managed to be understood. Michela and Dionisia were so helpful and usually available through the day, and the lovely Karisa (who my husband wants to adopt as his second daughter) was always there in the evenings, so any queries could be explained to them. We really cant praise everyone enough. If you want a quiet, away from it all experience of Greece and the Greek culture then you can't go wrong. Having said that the villas are within a 15 minute drive of the capital and the island has plenty of choice for anybody wanting more excitement, shopping or entertainment. However, we were happy with the villa and our local area, it was all we had hoped for and more, we cant wait to go back!

Wir hatten in einer kleinen Anlage ein Häuschen mit wunderschönen Blick auf Berge und Meer. Inkludiert war ein schönes Frühstück. Leider war der Aufenthalt durch ständigen Baulärm rund um die Anlage gestört. Auch das anliegende und große Hotel hatte am Abend an die drei Stunden eine sehr laute Animation. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzig und hilfsbereit. Lieben Dank dafür.Was speziell auf dieser Seite angemerkt werden sollte.. bei der Beschreibung fehlt einfach das es eine kleine Ferienanlage mit 10 Häusern ist. Auch der Name der Anlage wird nirgends erwähnt.. Lovos Soidis.

MUST STAY HERE!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! The villas were clean and also cleaned daily. The owners were accommodating and SO kind to us! The breakfast that was included everyday was really good and so convenient to have just steps away from our room every morning. The villas were at a great location on the island. We rented an ATV for the week and we’re minutes from the market and many different restaurants. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

Ik heb een fantastische week gehad in Lofos Soilis. Het was precies zoals in de advertentie staat beschreven en nog meer dan dat. Bijzonder gastvrij heel fijn personeel ontbijt elke dag weer een verrassing. Als je wensen hebt geen probleem . Ze staan altijd klaar voor je. Keuze menu voor de avond altijd goed. Kortom een week is zo om op deze prachtige plek. Appartement heel schoon en comfortabel . Hier wordt met veel liefde de gast verwend .

Familiär und sehr bemüht

Die Anlage liegt mit in Olivenhainen mit Blick aufs Meer und in die Berge. Wunderschön! Es gibt ein reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück auf der schönen Terrasse. Dort kann man auch bei einem guten Abendessen den herrlichen Sonnenuntergang genießen! Das Haus 3 bietet innen genug Platz für 4 Leute und hat dazu eine große Terrasse. Es könnte nur ein bisschen großzügiger ausgestattet sein im Küchenbereich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Goed ingerichte woning met heerlijke buiten zitruimte, uitzicht is zo verschrikkelijk mooi, dat blijft altijd in je geheugen. Mensen van de accomodatie zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt elke morgen goed verzorgt met voldoende keus en heerlijk verse juice. Mooi rustig zwembad voor de nodige verkoeling. Een aanrader voor een heerlijke vakantie. Een huurauto gedurende het verblijf is wel wenselijk, in de buurt van de accommodatie is niet veel te zien.

Es war ein toller Urlaub

Wir bevorzugen kleine und individuelle, möglichst landestypische Unterkünfte mit persönlicher Atmosphäre. Lofos Soilis war ein Volltreffer, für uns einfach nur perfekt. Die Gastgeber der familiär geführten Anlage waren äußerst freundlich und in jeder Situation sehr hilfsbereit. Die von uns bewohnte Villa war einfach nur schön, sehr geräumig, bestens ausgestattet (sehr gute Betten!!) mit einer überdachten Terrasse mit freiem weiten Blick über die umgebenden Olivenhaine hinweg in die schönen Berge von Zakynthos. Wer es nachts gerne ruhig hat, der ist dort genau richtig. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der Unterkünfte und der kompletten Anlage. Unsere Villa wurde täglich top gereinigt, die Betten gemacht und der Müll entsorgt. Die Lage der Anlage ist aus unserer Sicht ganz toll; auf einem Hügel, umgeben von Olivenhainen mit freiem Rundumblick sowohl in Richtung Inselinneres als auch hinaus aufs Meer. Und es ging auch stets ein frisches Lüftchen. Und dann ist da noch der zwar nicht sehr große, aber dennoch wunderbar angelegte Pool mit der direkt angrenzenden Taverne. Schon das Frühstück dort war ein Genuß, landestypische Produkte, teilweise täglich wechselnd und immer frisch. Die (übertrieben) riesenhaften Frühstücksbuffets der großen Ferienanlagen bieten da vielleicht noch etwas mehr, aber wer mag schon in solch unpersönlichen Touristen-Ghettos seinen Urlaub verbringen (sorry!), von denen es aber leider auch auf Zakynthos immer mehr gibt (und geben wird). Schon morgens da zu sitzen, den freien Blick auf Berge und Meer zu genießen, einfach nur schön! Und am Abend läßt es sich da vorzüglich speisen. Der Senior-Chef heizt jeden Abend den Grill an, es gibt sowohl Fleisch als auch Fisch. Wir fanden das Essen so gut, dass wir - mit einer Ausnahme - während unseres 2-wöchigen Aufenthaltes jeden Abend dort gegessen hatten, und das zu Preisen, die weit unterhalb des deutschen Niveaus liegen. Auch die obligatorisch servierten Nachspeisen waren ein Genuß! Man sollte unbedingt einen Mietwagen verfügbar haben, nicht nur wegen der Lage der Unterkunft, sondern vor allem auch, um die Schönheiten der Insel erkunden zu können. Es gibt wunderschöne Strände mit kristallklarem Wasser, da muss man sich ein bißchen kundig machen, denn es gibt auch welche, die weniger attraktiv sind. Um Laganas und Tsilivi/Planos macht man besser einen großen Bogen; ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass es auf Zakynthos so etwas gibt. Mit griechischer Ursprünglichkeit hat das nichts mehr zu tun.

Wir hatten eine Mittelgroße gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die Umgebung. Jeden Tag wurde die Wohnung aufgeräumt und gereinigt. Handtücher gab es nach Bedarf auch täglich. Service war top. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Leute dort. Kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastich, heel aardige mensen, klantvriendelijk, luxe, schoon

Wij hebben samen met onze dochter van 1.5jaar oud een fantastische vakantie gehad. Mooie ligging van het kleinschalige park. Nette huisjes welke iedere dag schoongemaakt werden. Inclusief uitgebreid ontbijt. Lekker zwembad en met een prachtig uitzicht. Daarbij een goed restaurant waar we meerdere avonden gegeten hebben. Bediening aan het zwembad en zeer klantvriendelijke mensen. Is van een familie die er hard voor werkt en er alles aan doet om de gasten het naar hun zin te maken. Ook behulpzaam met tips en trics voor mooie bezoekjes op het eiland. Auto huur is wel noodzakelijk om leuke dingen te bezoeken. Wij zijn de eerste 2 weken van september gegaan, iedere dag prachtig weer met elke dag rond de 30 graden. Zeker aan te raden. Als wij nog een keer naar Zakynthos gaan dan komen we hier zeker terug.

Sehr nette kleine Anlage. Super gastfreundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liegt relativ ruhig in den Olivenhügeln oberhalb von Amboula Beach, je nach Windrichtung hört man abends manchmal die Animationsprogramme der am Wasser befindlichen größeren Hotelanlagen. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern im Mai/Juni dort und uns allen hat es sehr gefallen. Im Restaurant/ Terrassenbereich gibt es einen gepflegten Pool, den die Kinder geliebt haben. Er ist nicht zu tief, von 85cm bis 120cm, eine super Tiefe für die Kinder zum Spielen und Schwimmen. Daneben gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Karussell und Schaukeln, auch das war ganz gut. Die meiste Zeit waren wir ohnehin am Strand. Tip: Xigia Beach etwas weiter im Norden an der Ostküste! Kieselstrand mit Traumwasser und kleinen Felsen zum Klettern. Wir hatten ein Haus (Nr. 2) gemietet, alles tadellos in Schuss, mit täglicher Reinigung und täglich gemachten Betten. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick über die Olivenhaine in Richtung Berge und Sonnenuntergang. Der Blick vom Restaurantbereich ist ebenfalls traumhaft. Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen und Blick übers Meer. Die Gastgeberin Dionisia und ihre Familie war sehr gastfreundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage auf der Insel ist ziemlich zentral. Man sollte idealerweise ein Auto haben, dann kann man die verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und schönen Strände problemlos erreichen. Empfehlung: Xigia Beach, Donkey Beach, Banana Bay Baya Beachclub, Schiffstour zum Wrack von Porto Vromi, möglichst früh, dann besteht die Chance, halbwegs alleine zu sein. Gleiches gilt für den Trip zur "Schildkröteninsel" von Keri aus. Am besten mit einem kleinen Boot mit Skipper. Besser meiden: Laganas und Tsilivi, es sei denn man steht auf Massentourismus à la Ballermann. Wir können die Unterkunft auch und gerade für Familien mit kleinen Kindern absolut empfehlen.

Lovely holiday

Had a wonderful time. Such a peaceful location. The family were very caring and we had really good service. Breakfast was good and we also enjoyed many nice meals at the Ampoula Beach Restaurant-the extra discount was very welcome. The apartments /villas are not a luxury standard but are very clean (cleaned daily) and comfortable. Would recommend anyone to stay there.

Indimenticabile vacanza unforgettable vacation, arrived Sunday, August 14 we are greeted by the famous Greek hospitality. We are immediately invited to have breakfast on the beautiful panomarica terrace, pool, with Greek and international delicacies, is also offered a bowl of fresh water to our dog and, after a while, we settle in the delightful house equipped with every comfort. As we were told, the beach below is offered completely free sun beds and umbrellas and have lunch in the typical Greek tavern agreement with the structure. The following day is the owners that the Italian representative, Michela, are doing their utmost to get us a rental car which, after a few minutes, there is delivered to residences at a very modest price. They cleaned it every day carried out together with the change of linen, all in line with the description of the ad. We have already recommended to friends and there is no reason that, next year we will be back

Geweldig vakantieverblijf!

Net terug van een geweldige vakantie in Tragaki bij Lofos Soilis. Een kleinschalig vakantieparadijs tussen de olijfbomen. Hier gaat rust van uit. Bij aankomst werden we zeer vriendelijk ontvangen, je voelt je bij Lofos Soilis meteen thuis! De appartementen zijn goed onderhouden en worden dagelijks schoongemaakt, ook elke dag schone handdoeken. Het zwembad ligt heel mooi, je kijkt uit over het dal en de zee, prachtige zonsondergang. Het ontbijtbuffet is prima, verse produkten. Ook 's avonds kun je hier heerlijk eten, genietend van een glas wijn en een goede maaltijd en een hele vriendelijke bediening! Service staat hier hoog in het vaandel, we gaan hier zeker terug naar toe.

Bellissima struttura, molto comoda anche per vacanze con bambini piccoli, ben attrezzata e lontana dal caos del centro. Immersi nella natura con splendida vista e colazione inclusa.

AMAZING

From the moment we landed in Zakynthos, we absolutely started loving our journey there (10days). Where should I start? Michela, and her team, were wonderful! They sent us a Taxi to the airport (and of course, drove us back there at the end of our vacay). The localization was PERFECT. And when I write perfect, I completely mean it as we drove the whole island. The villa was clean, nice, so many space for us, and every day the cleaning lady was keeping it very welcoming for us. The place is calm, peaceful, very nice, away from the touristic field but close to everything, like 40mns away from each corner of the island (very good position), and the beach where you have private seats... ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL! The breakfast - delicious (I have to give a +5 for the huge pancakes they were giving us every morning or two). Special evening made in Zakynthos with local food and specialities for us on our second night stand. Michela was super nice, she welcomed her when we arrived, gave us a huge map and so many advice, tips, everything we needed! Dionisia drove us to Tsilivi to help us to rent a quad on our very first day there. Everything we needed, they were there to give us. Food, tips, drive, things for the villa, dishes, cups... The swimming pool is sooo nice! So calm, you can swim on your own, all alone, during the whole day and evening. I would def recommend it to everyone. Especially my little sister who, believe me Michela, will come to Zakynthos and stand at your villa with her friends! The whole Island is precious, calm, and so beautiful. Michela knows how to guide her guests! We had a wonderful time there. I will never forget Porto Limnionas, the best place she told us about :). Thank you so much for everything, and see you soon! il rapporto qualità prezzo è imbattibile. piscina e ristorantino nel complesso dei villini completano l'offerta di per se già allettante data la location (al sommo di una collinetta immersa negli ulivi da cui si ammirano le coste di Cefalonia, il mare e tramonti strepitosi). Ombrellone e lettino riservati sulla spiaggetta, dove peraltro c'è l'ottimo ristorante di famiglia che pratica ulteriori sconti ai residenti nei villini, completano il pacchetto. Puro relax, consigliato!
