Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: 188 Spartina Circle is a beautiful home in the Camp District of Watercolor. This home features two large porches in the front and back of the home. On the front porch, there are 4 lounge chairs and a round table on one side, and an outdoor couch and coffee table on the other. The back porch is screened in with a couch and two sets of club chairs which provide ample space to enjoy a cocktail and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather! Upon entering the home, you will notice the open floor plan with beautiful white club chairs and a couch, a wooden desk with a chair on each side, and a wooden dining table with 6 chairs. The other half of this spacious first-floor design is occupied by the beautiful kitchen featuring a large island, bar seats for 3, and all of the prerequisite modern appliances needed for a delicious home-cooked meal. The distinguished primary bedroom has coastal accents, a king bed, TV, and a connecting bathroom with double vanity, large tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and connecting bath with double vanity, tub, and walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and connecting bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. This home's fourth and final bedroom can be found upstairs on the second floor and has 2 twin-over-queen bunk beds, 3 club chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a small white table with 2 chairs. There is also a connecting bathroom with double vanity, tub and walk-in shower. An added bonus of this spectacular home is the addition of a queen bed in the upstairs hallway.

Perfect for family with kids

GREAT location being right across the street from Camp Watercolor. All downstairs beds were kings and very comfortable. Kids loved the upstairs with the hideaway room.

Wonderful House

We loved this property. It is a fun house with the front and back porches to hang out on. We enjoyed the big kitchen and eating area. The location was good - right across from the lazy river pool. The beds were very comfortable. The rental agency was very accommodating in letting us check in a little early. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with our twin, eight-year-old girls and family. We used the golf cart to get to the beach club and enjoyed the afternoons at camp watercolor, which was literally just across the street. We really enjoyed the location, it was very close to Publix and the neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. We would definitely consider staying here again as it has been one of our favorite places on 30A that we have stayed in.

Just perfect for family with kids

Directly across street from Camp Watercolor which is perfect for afternoon swim after nap. Dads take littles while moms have a bit of downtime to get ready for evening plans. Golfcart gets you to the beach in the morning, lunch at club or FOOW before heading in for naps. Even has a wagon to haul beach gear! Perfect Vaca!

Prime Location

This home is absolutely beautiful and you can’t beat the location. You can look out your front door and see the playground and the entrance to Camp Watercolor. This is handy for when the lines start forming to get pool chairs. It’s also handy if you want to run back for lunch or a nap! The ice machine was a very nice touch. The beds were very comfortable as well. My only wish would have been extra towels and washcloths. We would return to this property again!

October 2019 Fall Break

This was our college girls’ fall break. We had a total of 11 most days. Eight were college kids from University of TN and Samford University. Football on the beach, riding bikes, and eating at The Bay were favorite activities of the group. Taking walks and runs were also enjoyed by all ages from 18 years old to 70. We enjoyed our stay except we had some trouble with the gas stove. We managed to feed the crowd with 2 burners on the stove. All in all we had an amazing week making many memories. We will be back.

WILL NEVER USE 360 BLUE AGAIN!!!We had the worst experience ever with 360 Blue. Their service was terrible and they have completely ripped us off for some golf cart damage. We were responsible for the damage and are very willing to pay for it. But they haved charged us $100 per day for the 3 weeks it was unavailable for a repair that took 12 hrs. And they took the entire amount of the repair bill out of my debit card on file without warning. About $4400!!! I would never go through 360 Blue again.
