With all designer interiors, this renovated home combines comfort and chic style for a luxurious beach vacation. You will be ideally located next to the famed Camp WaterColor, where you can enjoy the lazy river, jumbo slides, lap pool, and zero entry kid’s pool. Access is included with your reservation. The adjacent park is the perfect spot for a pickup soccer game, picnic, or a game of catch. And don't forget about the playground for the kids and young at heart!

All suite bedrooms ensure your family has the personal space they need when it is time to rest. And the kids will go nuts for the top floor kids’ suite, featuring two built in twin over full bunks and decor with kids in mind. Adults will enjoy the covered balcony with daybed swing and cafe table for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Enjoyable Week

My family stayed for a week for Spring Break. We have stayed at many homes in Watercolor, and found this house to have everything we wanted! The access to bikes and the golf cart made our week fun and full of exploring the neighborhood easy access to the Beach Club and restaurants. The kid's room was a great space for our kids to hang out and play. The hosts were very responsive to questions throughout our stay.

We love Watercolor - THIS is a great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed this home and location within Watercolor! Everything was very nice, very clean and very well organized! We had plenty of bikes and a great golf cart! We loved everything about it and would highly recommend it!

Amazing House

This house was outstanding. Very comfortable but also really nice... we enjoyed the front porch so much. Super close to Camp Watercolor, which was great for the kiddos, and the access to the golf cart made getting to the beach super easy. We would definitely be back!

The property was great. With 4 adults and 2 children the upstairs was perfect for the girls while the adults had downstairs. Plenty or room with great bedrooms. If kitchen was a little larger it would be the perfect situation

Great location in Watercolor!

We had a wonderful fall break in this home. Our favorite part was being able to walk to Camp Watercolor! The house was nice with a well equipped kitchen. We spent most nights on the big front porch, and everyone loved the huge porch swing! We would definitely try to book this house again when we stay in Watercolor.

Just about perfect!

Fabulous home & neighborhood!! Minor wear inside the home (e.g. broken wooden blinds) but it didn’t detract from our stay. Loved having access to a golf cart for getting around Watercolor. Only downside was the limitations put on the cart. wish it could have been taken out in town or at least across the street to publix for groceries. Overall, a great stay & we’ll definitely be back to Watercolor asap!

We could all gather comfortably in the living-dining space. My kids loved sitting at the counter and helping to serve meals. They also loved the dedicated kid space. We could walk to Camp Watercolor but it was convenient to have the golf cart to lug all our stuff. We'll be back!
