All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Now featuring brand new updates to the kitchen! This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium is located at 27 WaterColor Boulevard with accommodations for 6. Walk directly from the front porch of this condo to the heart of the TownCenter, and you'll be at the beach in seconds! Take a stroll to a Friday afternoon wine tasting, enjoy lunch or pool time at the WaterColor Beach Club. Ride your bike to Seaside or through the many WaterColor trails or spend your day on the beach - it's one of the best locations in the community!

This unit features a great floor plan with a combined kitchen and living room that is all open and very easy to enjoy cooking and entertaining with friends. The kitchen has been upgraded to include fabulous stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, and custom cabinetry. There is combined seating for 9 at the breakfast bar and dining table to enjoy a meal. There is plenty of room to gather in the living space around the flat-screen TV, with a sunny view of the neighborhood from the French doors overlooking the porch. The primary bedroom suite has a king bed and private balcony access, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate tub, and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed with newly remodeled shower bathroom that is shared with the hallway. There is also a full-size sleeper to accommodate extra guests.

An Amazing Stay

The property was clean and exactly as listed. It is ideally situated near the Beach Club, restaurants and other various Watercolor amenities. We had an amazing time and would recommend to anyone with a small group/family. We plan to stay here again on our next visit!

Well equipped condo close to Watercolor Beach Resort

The condo was exactly as listed, very clean and well equipped including a fully stocked kitchen. The property has beautiful park views and just a short walk to the beach and Watercolor Beach Resort amenities. Perfect for a girl’s weekend or family trip!

We had a wonderful time here. The place is spacious. Clean as new and very convenient to activities like the pool, ocean, walking paths etc. dining is only a few blocks away and grocery is in walking distance.

3 night stay to celebrate my daughter’s 30th birthday. House was perfect for 2 couples, great location and loved the screen porch. Convenient to Beach club Very hot! Ready to come back in the fall when it’s cooler and less crowded!

Mother’s Day getaway

Other than asking for an early check in prior to our arrival and never hearing back, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One recommendation would be to leave watercolor resort wristbands at the gate if guest arrive before the 4 pm checkin so they can utilize the pool area prior to having access to the house. The house itself was immaculate. The front porch simply amazing. The location to watercolor pools perfect! Everything was amazing and I would stay again!

Perfect location!

This condo is adorable and well appointed. We particularly loved the porch and porch swing. Only complaint, the floors were dirty that our feet would be black if walking around in bare feet. Nothing a simply steam clean couldn’t fix. Otherwise, it’s truly perfect and highly recommend. The location is excellent within Watercolor and an easy walk to seaside. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing location

This place is amazing and spacious for a family of four! We had a great time ProsEasy walk to the beach. Cannot beat this location. 2 blocks from watercolor inn and pools and beach Nearby trolley to get around to all the different pools in watercolor Good condition of bikes- comes with 2 adult bikesPlaces was very clean management very responsive A lot of towels , sheets etc Adequate parking. Comes with 2 spaces Kept in good condition. Quiet and spacious ConsWater gets cold for showers quickly. Have to spread out showers to avoid cold water Washer and dryer small so have to do multiple loads Construction going outside and workers used parking space which took up most of the spots and hard to get in/out of parking spot Overall great stay and we will be back. 5 stars!

We had a blast in Watercolor! This property was perfect for 4 of us! The kitchen was amazing and the beds were comfortable! The entire condo was redone. So clean and large enough for us. 360 left is salt/pepper olive oil, etc. I would say we need more dishwasher tablets! The location of this condo is very close to the beach club and the shops. The parking was easy and the bikes were great! We didn’t rent a golf cart and felt we didn’t really need one! We will be back for sure!

Amazing condo

This condo was gorgeous and so comfortable. The kitchen was the best rental kitchen we've ever experienced. We loved the two porches and spent most of our time at home out there. The proximity to the pool club and beach was amazing. And we loved having the bikes! Oh, and the master bathroom was so nice with the roomy closet and big shower. Our only complaint has to do with the Watercolor community, not the property--landscapers were out every single morning with leaf blowers. They were super noisy, spewing gas fumes, and they had almost nothing to blow since they came every single day. Excessive, unpleasant, and so bad for the environment. Once or twice a week would be plenty. I encourage 360Blue to see if they can get Watercolor to tone down their landscaping policies a bit.

Within just a few minutes of arriving I was already checking the availability calendar so I could book this place next year! Literally everything about it was amazing - brand new, well stocked, spacious, amazing location, wonderful porch (and screened in porch), high end appliances, games for the kiddos, great TV options, etc. Highly recommend!
