One of a kind condo in the middle of Rosemary Beach featuring a master bedroom, cozy bunk room, and two baths. Recently professionally redecorated in creamy neutrals and modern accents, this architecturally captivating home features an expansive curved balcony overlooking Barrett Square and steps away from restaurants, shops, the beach and all that Rosemary has to offer.
More than just a rental condo, this is our second home that we personally manage with a great local support team. This quiet top floor condo is perfect for a romantic getaway or for a family beach adventure. Featuring a queen bed and two bunks. It is ideal for a family of four.
Enjoy the sights and sounds of Rosemary from the balcony above the square, or close the shutters for intimate al fresco dining. Access wonderful open air space from either the living room or master bedroom.
Watch the game or your favorite movie on the large flat screen smart TV in the living room or on either of the flat screens in the bedroom or bunkroom. And, of course, there is high speed WiFi.
The master bath provides a large marble and tile shower with convenient seat, while the second bath offers a luxurious soaking tub/shower combination.
The fully equipped kitchen with Bosch stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and brilliant tile backsplash provides the option of cooking a gourmet meal or popping the cork on your favorite bottle of wine and taking advantage of 30A’s renowned cuisine.
Come enjoy Tabby 5 and the magic of Rosemary Beach with its white sand beaches, expansive greens, pocket parks, architecture, and outstanding restaurants and boutiques.

Great location, and amenities like beach/pools are great as we have stayed in Rosemary before and like it for that reason.I will say there is quite a bit of construction going on right outside the unit (and started quite early like 6am everyday even on Sunday) and while I know that was out of hosts’ control, wish we had known or been warned of that before booking so we could’ve decided if we wanted to continue booking despite that happening outside the unit.

The location is the main reason we bought the loft. It is in the center of town but on the quieter end of the square. It is only a five minute walk down a tree-canopied boardwalk to the beach and centrally located for all four Rosemary Beach pools. I am glad you enjoyed your getaway.

First time staying in Rosemary Beach. Wow! This location was amazing. We have two boys 8 & 6. We could easily walk everywhere. Sunday we enjoyed strolling through the Farmers market. This place was gorgeous in a dreamy romantic way that let our family of four live in a bubble of togetherness for a week. It had everything we could need and the location was great. I think we only used our car once and it was great having a dedicated parking spot off the street so that it was always available. The beach access was second to none and we loved the space available to us!

Great Stay

We stayed for 9 days and had a great time. A few minor technology bumps on the first day, but the owners were quick to respond and the issue was quickly resolved. Location is close to downtown and the beach. We would love to stay here again next fall break.
