Spring Break 2022

The condo is gorgeous. Right when you walk in the door, the view is amazing!! The entire property is beautiful. I loved walking around and looking at all the houses, the lake was beautiful. We brought my 81 year old mother, easily accessible with the elevator. Plenty of room for my mom, two kids, husband and me!!

Beautiful property and area, would definitely recommend it. For 360Blue/VRBO, the check in process listed on your app is incorrect as you must have a card to enter the gate; you can not go direct to the property as the app / emails tell us.

Amazing Views, Super Close to the Beach AND the Pool

Condo was even better than the pictures described. AMAZING VIEWS from Living Room/Kitchen, Master Bedroom and one of the Guest Bedrooms. Balcony/Porch is an AWESOME wrap-around with comfy seating AND a table and chairs for eating. Plenty of space for our group of 6. GREAT water pressure in the showers! Nice washer/dryer in condo. We loved the games/puzzles available during downtime. Some of the remotes needed new batteries and the management staff came right away to replace them (even on a busy, spring break weekend). Warning: The Viking Oven works a little too well - ha! We learned to cook things at 25 degrees LESS than what was recommended and to reduce the time needed. 360 Blue is an awesome management company. The welcome gift was such a neat surprise. Good towels that actually absorb (and they leave you PLENTY). And we loved the bath products left in each restroom (the body lotion smells AMAZING). You also literally do NOTHING when you leave, other than starting the dishwasher (no stripping of sheets, taking out trash, etc.). Improvements (if I'm being picky): Unit needs a new cookie sheet AND can opener. Sink in 1/2 bath drains a little slow. (BTW, I gave these recommendations to 360 Blue upon departure and I'm sure they will be corrected shortly). I wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again ... one of our best stays ever in Florida.

July 2021 Stay

Beautiful view and great location near lots of restaurants . We planned to eat lunch daily at the poolside grill restaurant as indicated in your info only to find it was on an adjacent property with no access. Very disappointing to kids in our group. Also directions to check in at the the main office need clarification. Nothing in the email to tell us where to go. Not good for tired folks who have driven 11+ hours. Parking on the property is limited and can require searching and walking . Enjoyed our trip but carpet needs cleaning and broken furniture needs repair. Master bedroom did not cool below 74.

We loved the floor plan and the view! Great location too. We had a fabulous time over the Thanksgiving holiday and couldn’t have ordered better weather!My only suggestion is to unclog the drains in the bathtubs.

We had a wonderful stay here at Watersound Crossings! You are walking distance to The Hub where they have great food options along with some green space for our three boys to run around and burn some energy!The condo was well equipped and had good space for two families totaling 8 people.The view of the gulf from the wrap around porch area was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed having The Watersound Beach Club access. We loved the Costa Chica restaurant at the Beach Club and the food was delicious there. The kid "pool shark drink" was a hit with our boys. The only negative with our condo unit was the dryer didn't seem to work very well. However, I would still definitely recommend the unit because it had amazing views and was just really nice overall. We will definitely be returning as this has become an annual tradition for our family since our kids are out for a week of school for fall break. We just feel like September/October is the best time of year to enjoy 30A beaches.

Love the location of this condo. Great views and very close to the beach access. The condo is spacious with a nice layout. Everything was clean upon arrival and we’ve not had any maintenance issues. Also, the 360Blue staff has been very helpful and accommodating. However, we probably would not rent this specific unit again as the carpets, rugs, chair covers, throw pillows and curtains all need to be cleaned and/or replaced. Everything is stained. The kitchen could also use some items like a new cutting board (also stained), a baking sheet, and two oven mitts (sometimes it’s hard to one-hand things out of a hot oven). Overall we’ve enjoyed our stay but this place needs a little TLC!

The 360Blue team was amazing. So helpful. Absolutely loved the beach club and all the employees. The views from C317 are stunning. The unit itself could use a few upgrades and repairs but it is still very comfortable and peaceful. The kitchen is not well stocked for cooking, but the beds were all comfortable. It’s an easy walk to the beach in front or you can take the beach walk to access the beach club from the beach itself. Unfortunately the walkway to the beach club by building A was closed when we stayed. Still very easy access to everything.

Great experience renting through the 360Blue team and the concierge service while on vacation was excellent. The Crossings property we stayed in had a tremendous location and views. Watersound is the best location on 30A we feel.
