Completely remodeled executive townhouse perfect for work or pleasure. One block from lake access, grocery stores, banks and amazing restaurants. Five minutes to downtown Madison.
This smart home showcases a new kitchen and bathroom, cement countertops, 110-inch theater and amazing lower level with beautiful furnishings, and new mattresses. Bedrooms are on main floor, 2 steps to entrance (no railing), railing along stairs to lower level.
Includes a fenced backyard with fire pit, plenty of off-street parking. Two-night minimum stay required.
Great home base to explore the amazing city of Madison and the surrounding communities!
Note: There is a Ring camera monitor at the front door for your protection.

Spot on!

Perfect spot, near the Kohl Center & lots of places to eat. Loved watching movies on the projector in the basement living room!

Met and exceeded!

Quiet, cozy location near downtown Madison

Relaxing four getaway night stay with a dear friend. Location is perfect and close to top notch restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown Madison. Quiet neighborhood. Timely, friendly communication with owners. Comfortable beds. The unit is clean, stylish, comfortable and we loved our stay!

Thanksgiving in Madison

We were visiting from out of town, and due to a pet allergy we hosted Thanksgiving with our adult children in the VRBO. Great space for that purpose, and comfortable to stay otherwise.

Great hosts and cute place!

The location was great! Perfect little place for us to stay for the weekend. Only note is that it’s a bit old so the floors creak and doors squeak, but otherwise seems well maintained. We sleep with noise machines and weren’t bothered, but my mom did wake up when one of us would go to the bathroom.

Visiting college student

We were in Madison to hang out with our son who is a student at UWI. Property was perfect for us. Very clean and well appointed. Communication with property manager was great. Will happily stay here again.

Excellent property for a stay in Madison

This is cute 2-bedroom on the south side of Madison. Its one side of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood, very convenient location for Madison East side and UW campus. The interior is recently renovated, modern and clean. Excellent internet and television, kitchen is well stocked. Id recommend this property for a pleasant stay in Madison.

Great little spot

This is a great little spot, very comfortable and conveniently located to multiple area cities. Ben and Sara are wonderful hosts and assure their guests have everything they need for a fun, relaxing stay.

Lovely stay for family with kids

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, cozy home. The downstairs rec room was a great space for our kids to play. The stairs are a bit steep, so we definitely had to supervise our toddler! All of the necessary amenities were provided for a comfortable stay, including towels, bath & kitchen items, etc. The dry erase board was fun for our kids to draw on. Location was very easily accessible and neighborhood felt safe. The host was very responsive. Would stay here again.

Amazing stay!!!

This place is just lovely! Furnished beautifully and stocked with everything we could ever need. Highly recommend! If we are ever back in the Madison area we will definitely stay here again.

Monona WI RENT THIS

The rental was extremely well stocked in the kitchen. Everything and more that you could need! The bathroom needed shampoo. The towels were wonderful and the bathroom was very nice. Couches in living room are very nice but very low. Kitchen table and chairs are good but one leg on table is loose. The bedding was nice and the rooms were good - the mattress in one room was a little like a taco. I would rent this space again. It was very very nice!

Great place for a small family or couple!

Loved this duplex! Very comfortable. Loved having a king size bed which is a nice find. Great finished basement to watch movies projected on a large wall. Looks like a movie theater. Lots of towels, full kitchen and laundry if needed. We’ll be back!

Great base for visiting Madison

Very well equipped kitchen. It was good to get away from restaurant food for a few days. We really enjoyed the basement entertainment room and the big screen projection tv to watch shows and movies after spending the day visiting Madison.

Mom and daughter vacation

The owner is very responsive and gives great area recommendations. The furniture is not very comfortable and the outside needs some attention but the home is clean and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.
