Great home base for our stay at the beach.
Our group of six women enjoyed staying here! The owner was excellent in responding to a plumbing issue, getting it repaired immediately. We loved walking right out onto the beach and walking to Matt's for dinner.

Loved location!
Perfect location, SO close to beach! Super easy walking distance. Nice tennis courts and small playground was perfect for our toddlers.
Only small negative is the bottom floor efficiency has a musty smell we could not get rid of.

Great stay at the beach
This is a nice, big well kept house. Every room was comfortable. All bedrooms were really pleasant. The pyramid bunks upstairs and down make for great flexibility. Plus the common spaces were good for hanging out together. You can't beat the location near the beach and a Ross from the playground and tennis courts. Would love to stay there again.

Steps to beach and quiet
Description as advertised. Great location to beach. Main complaint is the musty/moldy smell on the bottom floor that carries to the rest of the house. We had to keep the door shut to block the smell. Air could've been turned on prior to our arrival. Overall clean but dated. Could use an outdoor area for eating/sitting. Nice that there was everything you could need for the beach (chairs, umbrella, toys).

Relax on the beach and play in the surf or enjoy a wide variety of other activities. A 15 minute drive north takes you to Rehobeth Beach where you will find movie theaters, amusement rides, water slides, miniature golf and tax-free outlet shopping galore. A few minutes south is the Town of Bethany Beach with its small-town feel and quaint stores and restaurants. Or, if you want more action, head 20 minutes further south and visit Ocean City, Maryland and its three miles of world-famous Boardwalk and vibrant night life. Championship golf courses, charter fishing, boat rentals and jet skis are all available in the surrounding area. With so much to offer in seashore recreation you'll find fun in the sun for the whole family.
