We genuinely wish your stay had been a better one. We're very sorry about the pool issue. Unexpected maintenance issues can arise, and we were also under an extreme heat advisory at the time, so our team was doing their best to navigate the situation. We're sorry if any of our communication came across as dismissive or rude, as that was never our intention. We're glad the issue was ultimately resolved. We're also happy to report that the exterior spigot has since been repaired. Regarding the shower cleanliness, we don't see a record of this being reported during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have been happy to send our housekeeping team to address it. As for the doors, they are heavier-duty, hurricane-resistant style doors, which can make them somewhat more difficult to operate and lock than traditional doors. We apologize for any inconvenience. We know we can't be perfect, but we truly do our best to respond and assist whenever issues arise. We're sorry that we fell short of expectations during your stay. The Front Row is an amazing property in a beautiful location, and we'd genuinely love the opportunity to have you give it another chance in the future. If not, we completely understand and wish you and your family many happy memories along the Emerald Coast.

Hey Brenda glad to hear that you enjoyed the home! The owners worked hard to stock the kitchen with everything that you may need. We hope to see you out here again soon!

House was greatly decorated and nice layout. 1) however ac units automatically went to 68 each night and everyone was freezing. 2) pool jets were never on so filtration didn’t clean pool daily. Even with guy coming one day to sweep sand - the pool was foggy all week. Took a picture of neighbors pool and theirs was blue every day . And you could see jets going. 3) housekeeper was on time - I said bye I will leave your tip on the Venmo account. She says - no the company Kees that . I said , “ but it says in book to leave tip through Venmo” she said - we don’t get that. So of course I felt pressured to give her a cash tip. 4) we left a big aluminum foil dispenser ( restaurant sized) by coffee pot - was never called or reached to get it back. 5) not sure if cleaning supplies are Lysol- but I caught covid at the house (?) and 4 other members . But we didn’t go anywhere just the house. So now I wonder if people before us in house at it - what about people after ? Are they really spraying all furniture ?
