Amazing apartment just one block from both beaches Playa Mansa and Playa Brava. Enjoy the view from the 14th floor and the most spectacular sunsets you will ever see.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining room, Living room and a beatiful terrace where you can sit at the end of the day to enjoy a delicious barbaque(asado) on the grill.
There's also Cable TV, A/C in living and in all bedrooms,ample kitchen with two fridges and The Building has a Gym, Sauna, maid service every day and has optional laundry service.
One of the best services is the beach service, you can cross straight from the building and you will be offered no charge a pair of towells, lounge chairs and sun umbrella.
