Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom direct Gulf Front unit. This 1 bedroom unit features a queen bed with a flat screen TV. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper along with a flat screen TV.
Sea Breeze features a large outdoor heated pool, an outdoor spa, tiki-hut seating, reclining lounge chairs, two LP gas grills, a charcoal grill, an outside shower, and a bocce court. There are also two convenient washrooms on the ground floor exclusively for guests. Modern coin-operated washers and dryers are conveniently located on the 4th and 7th floors. The building has a centrally-located elevator and one stairwell on each end of the building.
The location of Sea Breeze of Madeira Condominiums couldn't be better. It's close to John's Pass Village Boardwalk, Hubbards Marina, Dolphin Marine Rentals, Gators Restaurant, Bamboo Beach Bar, Bubba Gump Shrimp Restaurant, Dockside Daves Restaurant, Salt Rock Grill, Mario's Ristorante, Keagans Restaurant, Conch Republic Grill, JD's Restaurant, Friendly Tavern, and Bamboo Beach Bar. A trolley bus service that operates up and down Gulf Boulevard with close bus stops adds to the simplicity of getting around.

Comfortable condo. Easy access. View was spectacular . Near stores for shopping.
The property was clean, well maintained with a great location, loved the heated hottub and pool!
Our overall impression with the property we stayed at was that it was clean and well-maintained daily especially on the outer appearance in the pool and Grilling area. The beach area had great access and was also kept clean. As far as the rental unit itself we stayed in it was not up to the expectation we have come to expect through HomeAway. The coffee pot was broken and unusable, the knife rack had so much dust you could leave a line with your finger in the dust and the dishes had to be washed before they could be used. The carpets also look like they needed to be cleaned and the whole condominium unit just look like it could use a spring cleaning. We were a bit disappointed that we did not get an initial reply to our concern on the condition of the condominium that we left in an email response the day we checked in. We did check back with HomeAway near the end of our stay to see if we could extend our stay and also voice our disappointment in the condition of the condominium and at that time HomeAway addressed the issue of the unclean condominium and offered us a discount on the second week of stay, so we felt this discount was a fair solution for the unclean conditions. Overall we were pleased with our stay, we loved the location and the hot tub and we will in the future do business again with HomeAway.
