Great location right on the beach and wonderful views of the ocean. Loved sitting on the patio watching the water. The Condo was very nice overall and kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities, etc.. parking was great as well. Location to Johns Pass and restaurants was great! The only complaints are there were large stains on the underside of the comforter and the beds were hard and not comfortable.

Breathtaking gulf view. Natural sunlight from many windows in the place where you can also see the sunsets. Quiet and relaxing private beach. Not crowded at all. Very clean place and plenty of open room. By far one of the best places I have stayed at as I visit Florida at least twice a year in the same area.

The room was perfect, the place had pretty much everything you needed. The views were amazing. They had beach stuff toys, chairs and umbrellas. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony. You do have codes to get into everything, but that’s a great safety feature. My only complaint was the non stop toilet running in the master bathroom and also tried reaching out to the property owner multiple times within 24hrs and never got a response back.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the elevator went out one evening and we had to walk up to the 7th floor. It was fixed and it only happened once. Bed was comfortable. Condo was clean. It was loaded with everything we needed and more. We will be back.

Long Birthday Weekend

A few friends stayed here to celebrate a milestone birthday. The home looks exactly like the pictures. Beds are firm, but comfortable. You have great storage space in the bedrooms and plenty of room to relax. The unit appears to be a pure rental, so it doesn't have some of the bonus items you sometimes get - like ziplock bags, foil, etc. We were surprised that the unit didn't have shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. A positive surprise, kitchen had good cookware, except for the sheet pans. (And had we had aluminum foil, it would have been ok). The management company was wonderful. We had some issues getting in the front door, and they coached us through the process. They were quick to respond, got us in early, and helped with all our questions. I would stay here again without question.

Nice location, enjoyed your condo. Only issue was parking. We had 2 cars but only allowed one parking space and had to park one vehicle off site. A little inconvenient especially since the condo parking had plenty of open spots. Granted parking during the summer season would be crowded but the off season should have been taken into consideration to allow more than one. vehicle.

We are used to staying in homes and this was our first condo. We are used to more amenities. Some of the property needs updating. Some things were not working. Too many codes. Nice view though.

Beach DaysBlessed Days!

We had a great stay at Sea Breeze condos. The listing was accurately described. The furniture in the living room were both comfortable & beautiful. Our boys loved the room they had & had plenty of space. The only negatives we had for our stay was the elevator, there is only one for the entire building and being on the 7th floor it definitely took a lot of time up waiting for it, 7 flights of stairs gets to be a lot when your trying to take beach gear down etc. Especially for my torn meniscus lol but we managed. The other complaints we had was the bed in the master bedroom it was horribly uncomfortable, hard, and higher in the center. I would definitely recommend getting a new one asap. Also recommend taking extra clothing hangers as we didnt have enough for all 4 of us. Even with those few critiques we would stay there again. Location to the beach is the best as your directly on the beach. Finding restaurants in the area was our other struggle. Many of the restaurants around have similar "bar food" fried etc. We did enjoy Lisas for breakfast, The Reef, and Sweet Sage Cafe all three were basically within walking distance and as I said we really enjoyed the atmosphere & food! This condo would be great for anyone who enjoys a spectacular view! We came for the 4th & watched from the both balconies giving us almost a 360 view of fireworks!!! They were amazing! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We truly fell in love with the space and Maderia Beach! We'll be back!!!
