The furniture is dated but the house was spotlessly cleaned. Owners were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly recommend this Vrbo to family and friends.

It was so quiet and private. A whole house all to yourself with no shared walls.It felt secure and homey. We loved it.

Nice place away from the big city

Our cottage was located about 30 minutes north of Bordeaux in a very quiet community. The owners lived right on the property and if we needed anything we’re just a knock on the door away. The unit itself reminded us of our lake cottage with cozy but somewhat outdated furniture. But that suited us just fine. Our main purpose was to have a home base to visit wine chateaus and it was perfect for that.

Wonderfully central location and lovely cottage and garden

I could easily access the wine regions from The property: St Emillion, Margaux and of course Medoc. Also the coastal areas of the Basin d’ Arcachon and Soulac sur Mer were a great day’s outing. The cottage itself is wonderfully nostalgic with lovely retro furniture and bric a brac. The amenities: fridge, new toaster, kettle and coffee maker were good to have. The washing machine threw me a bit so I didn’t use it- unfamiliar with that type of machine. Loved the shuttered doors opening on to a walkway and the alfresco dining area beyond. If I return to the greater Bordeaux area.. I would love to stay here again

La casa impecable, limpia y muy buena ubicacion. Nos han recibido sus propietarios y han sido excelentes anfitriones, cordiales y muy atentos a nuestras necesidades. Aparcamiento en la casa, a 13 km de la ciudad de burdeos. Los anfitriones nos han asesorado para dejar el auto en el parking y tomar un tranvia a la ciudad de Burdeos, muy comodo y economico. La experiencia en la casa dePierrette y Bernard ha sido increible. Recomendamos este alojamiento
