WALK TO THE BEACH!! Location, Location, Location - South end of Marco Island with a short 10 min walk to the Beach, mini-golf, and the Marco Walk Plaza including an ice cream shop, restaurants, movie theatre, pubs, and shops.

Spacious 5 Bedroom (two are Master Bedroom Suites) 3.5 Bath Waterfront Pool home meticulously maintained and decorated with a Coastal Flair. The vaulted ceilings and abundance of windows gives an open airy tropical feeling the moment you step through the front door. The interior of the home was renovated in 2018.

Kitchen features Quartz countertops and a breakfast nook. There is also a separate Formal Dining area. Living room features a 65" Smart TV that opens up to the Pool and Multi-Level open Lanai area to enjoy the island breeze! All 5 bedrooms are new with comfy beds, coastal decor, and tile flooring. All 3.5 bathrooms are brand new as of 2018 with granite tops and tile floors.

Enjoy our 6 new bicycles with baskets, helmets, a pump and locks to explore the island! We also have Wireless Internet - Wifi - and a wireless printer for your use.

The Pool is heated and you can turn on the pool light for a late night swim. Grill out or lay out and enjoy the Island warmth! Enjoy the outdoor sectional seating, 6 person outdoor table seating, and bar area. There is Free WiFi, 6 TV's, towels, linens and even a baby crib and a pack and play! Our private downstairs Game Room includes a Pool Table, TV, lots of board games and books to enjoy. Laundry room has a large washer & dryer and there is an additional dryer in the lower level bathroom. The kids will enjoy the large yard to play in. The driveway is large and has room for 2 cars. Our home is immaculately cleaned between each stay and is spacious enough for the entire family.

Our supply closet is stocked with all the beach gear you need! Chairs, umbrellas, toys and a cart for your day at the beach.

Enjoy the Island life! Marco has some of the best beaches in Florida, and Naples is just a short drive away. Relax, refresh, rejuvenate....Live the Dream!!

Great house in great location

Staying with two families, the two master bedrooms were an excellent bonus, but the rest of the house was equally great. Pool was well maintained and you can’t beat the location. We’d definitely stay here again!

Dreamy Marco Island Stay!

Our stay at Sandee Shore was amazing. Communication with Jodee was great, any questions answered straight away. The house was beautiful, and so many extras, from the coffee bar to the beach toys and trolley. We just wish we could have stayed longer! From booking to checkout, it was a breeze. Owner answers quickly and there was every amenity you could ask for. The location is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, if you don’t want to stay home and enjoy the pool. We felt safe and hope to come back here again when we return to beautiful Marco Island!

Excellent property, location and hospitality

Over the years, we have rented many houses at the beach. This one truly stands out as the best! From the cleanliness of the property to the accommodating nature of the property manager, this was all around such a great property and experience. The location was everything. Nestled on a quiet street and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, Restaurants and mini golf. You truly could not ask for better! My husband and I are actually looking to book it again for fall break.

Marco vacation

Location was nice but .7 miles from the beach. We drove and paid 20 to parkThe neighborhood was very nice. We had to clean the pool constantly due to a tree that overhangs and drops leaves continuously. The house was nice but you could tell it was an old house that was updated. The exterior doors were old and loose and didn’t seem secure I you are traveling with older people there are a lot of steps in the house. To consider. Other than, overall it was good.

The home was spotless and well appointed. The various levels of decks were great to sit out on and chat.... The pool was well utilized and we even caught a fish in the inlet that abutted the house.... Great time had by all.... PS: Jodee was very helpful and responsive when I contacted her...

We enjoyed our stay at the home. We had a glitch with the pool heater not working and it was finally fixed by our next to last day of our stay. We at least got to enjoy for one day. The half bath as listed is accessed through the main level master suite.
