About this property

A cozy single family home located right in the center of Augusta!

Our home provides 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, family room, kitchen, screen room, and a dining room with a half acre backyard. There is a smart TV and a piano you all are free to use. Located in Summerville, right next to the national golf course and the Augusta country club! Very convenient location, within 15 minutes to attractions such as the Augusta mall, downtown museums, cinemas, bars, restaurants, etc. The location of our home is on the edge of a roundabout within the neighborhood, therefore no outlet, quiet, safe, and a kids friendly environment.

This house is located in a very quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Quiet hours start at 10PM. No parties are allowed at this property.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a great stay. The house was very clean, with fluffy towels, nice linen, plenty of dishes, etc. The neighborhood was quiet, and our hose was very responsive and offered us ideas for July 4th celebrations during our stay in Augusta. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home and excellent location

I wanted to find a place close to my home that my family could stay while they visited. This place was perfect. Plenty of room, games like ping pong and shuffleboard, a quiet neighborhood, easy access to nearby stores, and exceptionally clean. It was perfect!
