This beautiful, two level home is conveniently located close to Reno's main shopping district, convention center and the Atlantis and Peppermill casinos, with a second rental property located nearby. This home is equipped to offer refined enjoyment. The home is fully furnished, has a large living room with separate den with fireplace, widescreen TV. All TV's have an array of premium channels and this home has Wi-Fi as well.

The modern kitchen has all new appliances including double door refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave oven, and separate dining room and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully furnished with large pans, plates and silverware to service groups as large as 16, coffeemaker toaster and spice rack. The laundry room is also fully furnished with all detergents and cleaning supplies, and there is an additional bathroom downstairs.

Upstairs are three large bedrooms equipped with fine furniture and luxury pillowtop mattresses for your comfort. The master bedroom has an Olympic queen-sized bed, TV, and large adjoining master bathroom. The second bedroom also has an olympic queen-sized bed with second bathroom nearby. The third bedroom is designed with kids in mind. It has a twin/full bunk bed with luxury bedding, and tv. Up to two queen sized air beds available for larger family groups upon request.

The home has central heating and air conditioning, all linens and cleaning supplies are provided. High end queen air beds are available for large groups upon request. The home has a two car garage with parking for two additional cars, and has a private shaded back yard with garden patio equipped with lawn furniture and a gas barbecue grill for your enjoyment! This home is pet friendly upon request.

Enjoy everything Reno and Lake Tahoe has to offer! Weekly and holiday events in Reno-fine food-dancing at multiple locations-inexpensive broad way type shows-whitewater rafting from the sierras through the city-crystal clear Lake Tahoe with sandy beaches and breathtaking views from hiking trails and points of interest!

We have been in the vacation rental home business in Reno for over ten years and have seven fully furnished homes we are working with. est!

Rates are $240 per night with a three day minimum or $1800 per week or $4200 per month plus tax and cleaning. Rates may vary for special events and holidays.

Pros:: The location was great for getting around Reno - everything was easy to get to. Park only a couple of blocks away; two living spaces with TVs,TVs in all 3 bedrooms, good WIFI, plenty of towels and linens. Property managers were very responsive, easy to work with. Backyard space, allowed pets, double windows so kept noise out. Washer and dryer in the house. Two car garage. Cons: older home in older neighborhood so a bit in transition, backed up to very busy street so noisy if windows open, upstairs stayed on the warm side as ac didn’t seem to circulate evenly throughout the house. Biggest issue for us was electrical - we had computer, printer and other devices but electrical was older and some outlets were loose or didn’t function well. Located at the bend of a dogleg street so a bit hard to get in/out of the driveway and no parking in front of house. Washer/dryer very noisy in 2nd living space.

OUR HOMES ARE STOCKED WITH ALMOST EVERYTHING OUR GUESTS HAVE REQUESTED IN ELEVEN YEARS IN THE BUSINESS AND WE HAVE A FULL TIME STAFF THAT CLEANS OUR HOMES TO STANDARD WHEN OUR GUESTS DEPART AND CONSTANTLY MAINTAIN OUR HOMES AND SO ARE AVAILABLE ANY DAY IF NEEDED. I HAVE ENJOYED MY YEARS IN THIS BUSINESS AND THIS IS REFLECTED IN THE NUMBER OF REPEAT BOOKINGS WE RECEIVE EACH MONTH!

THIS HOME IS ALSO CONVENIENTLY LOCATED WITHIN THREE BLOCKS OF OUR FOUR BEDROOM HOME ON HUFFAKER LANE AND THEY TEND TO BOOK TOGETHER FOR LARGER GROUPS.
