Ancienne maison en bord de mer près de tout à louer, dans le magnifique comté de San Diego. Grande maison en bord de mer avec un emplacement fantastique au centre-ville! HOU LA LA! Vue sur l'océan depuis le patio et la terrasse de la chambre principale! La piscine intérieure est un succès auprès des enfants!Résidence unifamiliale en bord de mer avec piscine pour la nage en longueur - Faites de l'exercice ou jouez à l'intérieur par temps frais et profitez de ces vues à 180 degrés sur le front de mer! Asseyez-vous sur le patio inférieur ou sur la terrasse de la chambre principale et profitez des brises de l'océan, des dauphins, de l'observation des baleines et des surfeurs à l'avant tout en sirotant votre café du matin ou en prenant votre verre de vin ou votre cocktail du soir pour regarder les couchers de soleil incroyables depuis l'intimité de votre propre maison! Les baleines occasionnelles sont également vues de nos côtes! La chambre principale est au deuxième étage et offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan à 180 degrés et une grande terrasse avec des chaises longues et des sièges pour profiter de tout! Très romantique! Pour les familles partageant l'espace, c'est une maison parfaite avec la chambre principale et plus avec 2 lits jumeaux réguliers à l'étage. Au niveau principal se trouve une chambre queen avec vue sur l'océan. Plus une immense chambre / bureau avec un autre lit double et un lit queen. La télévision par satellite et Internet haut débit sont inclus. Énormes téléviseurs à écran plat, DVD et chaîne stéréo. Une promenade facile à l'accès à la plage à seulement 2-3 pâtés de maisons pour s'amuser au soleil à Moonlight Beach. Moonlight Beach Encinitas a toutes les installations publiques, sauveteur et plus encore.
La piscine a une clôture amovible pour plus de sécurité. La maison est entièrement équipée avec Internet haut débit, télévision par câble à grand écran et plus encore. Un roi, deux reine, un double et 2 simples. 4-9 personnes. Deux chambres au premier étage et deux à l'étage. Les chambres au premier étage partagent une salle de bain et il y a une 1/2 salle de bain pour les invités. A l'étage, la salle de bain de la chambre principale est partagée avec la plus petite chambre "enfants". Cette maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 adultes et 4 enfants; un maximum de 10 personnes au total

Amazing Vacation Spot!

Amazing host! Made sure we had everything we needed and an amazing stay! Couldn’t ask for a better location! Views of ocean were spectacular and watching sunrise and sets on the decks was awesome! Quick walk to the beach, fun small town and kids were super sad to leave. We’ll be back.

Fantastic location, very roomy and well equipped, and has an indoor pool

Fantastic location, very roomy and well equipped, has an indoor pool, lots to do in the greater San Diego area. The place is a bit run down, but it was clean and everything was functional and comfortable. We were happy with our stay and may well return.

Quirky Fun Delightful Beach House

This home sits right at the ocean’s edge and is a quirky, but delightful, place to enjoy the beach. The indoor pool is surprisingly enjoyable and such a bonus in this large beachfront home.

The view is fantastic. The house has not been maintained. Tiles falling off, moisture damage everywhere, and there is no comfortable place to sit. It rained while we were there and we had to put pans and towels everywhere to to catch the leaks. The deck was very poorly built. the windows and doors leaked. The heat did not work...

Location location location!

We had a great time in this house. The location is ideal and the view from the house can’t be beat! It’s a well loved funky beach house....not sparkly new and fancy but perfect for a beach vacation!

Unique property with indoor pool and bluff side view of the ocean

This was a very unique property with an indoor pool. The house is on the bluff on the ocean so sunsets were great. The rooms were very spacious.

Excellent location!!

The house is perfect for big families. The locations and view couldn't be beat. , being able to walk to shops and restaurants was ideal for us. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of room to enjoy a meal on the oceanfront deck. the bedrooms are very large and comfortable. I loved the property and would definitely stay there again.

The view was amazing! Could use a lot of updating, but overall it was a great experience. Definitely worth it for the view and location. The quirkiness of the house grows on you…

Encinitas Beach Vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! The beach house rental was fantastic! You cannot beat that view! It was the perfect location for our family! We had our extended family visiting at the same time, in the same area. Our beach house was convenient for hanging out and making meals and memories together. The kids absolutely loved the pool inside the house!

Beach Front House

This is a beautiful home. We are from Texas so we are not use to the houses being so close together. House is pet friendly but the neighbor to the right of the house is not! There is very little kitchen supplies. Overall we enjoyed our time here.

Great location, view and indoor pool

Perfect location. The kids played in the pool for 3 hours each day. Very spacious house. View are spectacular. Be aware when you first walk in that there will be a humid odor simply accoiated with having the luxury of an indoor pool, but this dissipates quickly once you open the doors and is totally worth it. Loved the stay.

Peaceful and Lovely place

Our family stayed few nights in the beach house and I must say this was closest to a paradise I have experienced so far. Having an indoor heated pool during our vacation was very special. The kitchen was large and we could bbq in the area in front of the house.

 The house was little old but was very cozy and clean. Everything was thoughtfully arranged. The view was spectacular and sunset was unforgetful! Peaceful and lovely place that I can't recommend enough!

Wonderful vacation rental

We brought my daughters to stay at the beach house. We absolutely love the house. My kids had a lot of fun with the pool. We spent the weekend in this property and we absolutely loved it! We had such a great time! The house was very clean; we had everything we needed to cook etc to enjoy the weekend. It was like being at home away from home. The location was perfect, close to everything. We had a great time in the indoor pool and at the beach, our own private oasis! The view was breathtaking and I look forward to staying again soon.

Amazing Central Encintas Bluff-side Home

Eclectic retro resort home with awesome bluff side vistas from nice deck. Pool adjacent to kitchen entertaining for kids! Easy access to Moonlight Beach. If you like funky, you'll LOVE this place. Fits the funky personality of Encinitas nicely. You will think you've been teleported back to the 1950s! (Could use some TLC touch-ups/repairs.)

Wonky beach house with pool and view

This could be a fun, quirky, charming house if it were given a deep clean and kept well maintained. Many windows and the upstairs slider wouldn't open so we couldn't capture a breeze, and the house stayed warm, humid and stuffy. Ceiling fans would help. The pool was great. View was spectacular. We had a great family vacation.

Perfect for families

Where else can you have an indoor pool that is two feet from your kitchen overlooking the ocean and a few blocks from the beach? This house is a total easy living beach house. Lots of room and character! It wasn’t the fanciest or cleanest (lots of cobwebs, dust, the screen doors all fell off and only two tv’s) but it was perfect for my family. Overall, priced right and didn’t have to worry about kids breaking things or trashing the house. Property management very responsive!

She is working on making sure that the screen doors work, and the cobwebs were cleaned away. The housekeepers reported that they could not reach those above the pool, so the owner is supplying them with the proper tools to do a better job. Location and Views

This was in a great location with amazing views. The property manger was excellent, it was easy to check in and very reactive to questions. We had an issue with the Pool heater and they fixed it very quickly. We had a great time, the place was very nice and unique with the indoor pool which we did use. The house does need some work and is not in pristine condition but we felt that it was an overall great experience and the location and views overcome the condition of the home. The house is clean and put together. They also provide beach chairs and equipment which is fantastic. Overall great experience and we will visit again in the future and recommend this house to anybody that loves the ocean views and being walking distance to a beach.
