El famoso Kamaole Beach III se encuentra al otro lado de la calle del exclusivo Maui Kamaole. Esta propiedad cuenta con un exuberante paisaje tropical, dos hermosas áreas de piscina con jacuzzis y fuentes de agua. Hay parrillas de gas salpicadas en toda la propiedad y canchas de tenis disponibles para su uso. Las playas de Kamaole son mundialmente famosas por sus aguas cristalinas, su extensa costa arenosa, su gran esnórquel y su boogie boarding. We love the Maui Kamaole! We have stayed here many times. This unit is excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Super close to the upper pool. Our single issue is the pool rules with little kids. Quiet hours start at 6pm. And people expect “quiet” during that period. We are considerate people and did our best to keep our children quiet. But the rules really allow grumpy people to run the show and bark at our kids being (subjectively) loud. It was really unfortunate. We haven’t ever ran into this issue in the past. So those traveling with children be advised. Quiet hours can be rough. Otherwise we had a perfectly fabulous stay.

Beautiful condo with lots of amenities. 1 bedroom was really spacious- attached bathroom and a door to closed patio .second bedroom is really small no windows but both have AC. the kitchen was very well stocked with different utensils. The livingroom led toan outdoor open patio which gave a beautiful view of the beach anf surroundings. Thy had beach chairs ,surf boards, couple of beach toys for kids and beach umbrella. Well thought and stocked. Our stay was very pleasant. Thank you.

Perfect Lication

We loved our stay here. There is an outdoor area for the kids to play and it is just steps to a beautiful pool. It is a short walk to wonderful family friendly beaches. The unit is clean, well stocked and was very spacious for the six of us. It also has a gorgeous view of the sunsets. We highly recommend this unit.

Family of 4 Stay at L-105

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 had a wonderful time for our first trip to HI in unit L-105. The landscaping and smells of all the flowers are beautiful!! The unit was super clean, beds were comfortable, and it had everything we would have needed. We were very grateful for the beach umbrella, towels, boogie boards and chairs available in the unit. L-105 is very close to the upper pool which is beautiful. We also used the grills there for several meals. Maui Kamaole is very close to Kamaole Beach 3, but not close enough that most would want to walk, especially with kids and hauling beach gear. But conveniently close enough to most of what Kihei has to offer! Would totally stay hear again!

Relaxing with Lovely grounds

Great condo, good location for what we wanted to do. Love the town of Kihei. Spacious with a lovely lanai to sit outdoors. Took advantage of the beach umbrella and towels - was nice to have those on hand. Only down thing I can say is that the kitchen sink needs to be updated. Otherwise everything was just great!

Maui Kamaole L105

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here in December 2023 for 8 days. We liked that there were 2 bedrooms (one master and one very small one) and the location (near the beach and upper pool). The kitchen could have used a strainer and a kettle-it was pretty thin on supplies. The disappointing part was that the dishwasher was supposed to be replaced before arriving but it wasn't, and we had to handwash all dishes. It wasn't usable and had a terrible smell. Also, the clothes dryer needs to be fixed or replaced as it literally took hours to dry anything. Both the dishwasher and dryer were mentioned in previous reviews. replacing/fixing these 2 appliances would definitely improve the stay and the review.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The grounds of the complex, the pools, and the location are wonderful. This unit was well stocked but could definitely use some maintenance and updates. The dishwasher didn’t work during our stay, but they were going to replace that after we left. The dryer needs to be pulled away from the wall so the closet door can’t close in order for it to work or else it takes 4 or more cycles to dry a load. The AC in the principal bedroom wasn’t cooling well, they had it serviced while we were there because it was dripping on the bed in the night. It stopped dripping but was still not cooling well. There were also bugs in the kitchen which was quite unpleasant. We wouldn’t stay in this unit again. We tried to bring these issues to light while we were there and the rental company was helpful, but it was unfortunate to have a holiday with so many maintenance issues and not having amenities that we expected when booking.

The location was great, right across the street from beautiful beaches. The pools were nice for us to spend time in. The unit could have been a bit more clean. We cooked almost daily and had to wash our dishes and cooking utensils prior to using because the obviously weren’t cleaned well. We spotted a handful of roaches in the kitchen and living room area. We brought this to the attention of management who had a pest control technician come out to treat those areas. I appreciate the action taken but wish that could’ve been addressed prior to our stay. We didn’t let that ruin our time in Hawaii and overall the place was great for 3 adults and 2 kids.

It is a perfect base for exploring the island. Just make sure to check and read the pool rules for this property. They are very strict which makes for a nice relaxing environment for adults at the pool but if you are traveling with young children (like we were) your options for play at the pool are limited. We would stay here again
