Paula Wrote her review after I filled a claim , after violating house rules My house was left a mess Tiowels tossed everywhere , the stove was a disaster all of the bathrooms were filled with hair everywhere My ring doorbell smoking and butts all over The camera doesn’t lie My house rules clearly say no smoking I had to have spectrum come and fix all the audio equipment I would not rent to her again

This guest i would not recommend to any host! He broke every rule from the beginning, wore shoes in the house then said it was not in the rules, wearing shoes which i saw when i went there clearly resulted in his entire family tracking dirt and dust on the wood floors. When i went to the property to look, the kitchen was a total disaster, dishes all over the kitchen, wine bottles, and the front suite had a mattress in the room.. The air conditioning was set on fan not, not cool. which i explained when they check in. He send a text saying its working and they were staying, it in messages.. There are no dogs that live on the property at all. His list goes on and on , clearly if all these issues happen the guest after him would have had the same problems, and they did not. His wife explained she was redoing there living room from Wayfair, our home was designed by a designer, and not purchased from wayfair. After staying the entire time in the house he wanted a refund, strange if he did not likethe property the way it was furnished why did he book the property,, Might have been better that he booked a 4 bedroom and not bring a mattress into someones home without first checking with the host..

He failed to write the claim filled was because of damage to the house submitted with photos, in message he asked to show up early and i clearly said not possible, heehawed up anyway the house was left filthy, oatmeal all over the living room rug, dirty diapers left in the master bedroom in a trash can where the liner had been removed, the fridge was lilted with left over food, stove top and oven were filthy with baked on food., furniture in the back yard was moved around and never put back, bath towels left in the backyard, and there are plenty of pool towels. the den sofa had a huge stain on one of the seat cushions. what he wrote about me using a phone name is simply not true, keith is my middle name.. when i filled there claim he wrote on my messages something that was not worth repeating,.. all this was done in a 2 day stay, just showing up was inappropriate especially after i said its not possible, its all in the message thread he wanted to drop off his family so he could go and play golf , knowing the check in was 4pm, and to leave a property in the manner i found it is unacceptable i was expecting a bad review from him because i submitted a claim, would not recommend him
