Two bedroom two bath ocean view villa, 1,174 sq. ft. residence that features one king and one queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, furnished lanai and views of the ocean, beach and pool. A free-standing tub and separate shower await in the luxurious bathroom, while modern amenities include HD televisions and Blu-ray player.

Rentals are subject to state of Hawaii taxes and vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $49/day for two-bedroom units. Additionally, a resort fee of approximately $49/day applies, and valet parking is approximately $40/night. The fee is payable at checkout, at the front desk, and is not included in the total VRBO rental price. This is subject to change per State of Hawaii Regulations.

Great place for family vacation

Very nice facility in Ka'anapali strip of resorts. Unit was great. Clean and up to date. 2BR / 2BA was good size for family stay and lanai overlooking pool and ocean was excellent. We had a unit on high floor which was a plus (quick tip - all unit numbers begin with "3", the floor of unit is next number(s), e.g. 3910 on 9th floor) Amenities and services are great for a timeshare type of facility (gym, concierge, towels, sundries store, poolside servers, free valet parking, etc.) but this is not a hotel. Not necessarily a bad thing but you will not have multiple restaurants, spa, luau, etc. on site like the hotel resorts in the area. The good news is you have ready access to all those things next door at Hyatt Regency without the crowd and noise (and more expensive drinks) of staying at the hotel, plus a lot more living space for your $. Adriana was easy to work with appropriate and efficient communication. Thank you, Adriana

Awesome time in Maui!

We absolutely loved the Hyatt Residences and working with the owner couldnt have been easier. Thanks for making our vacation a huge success. My family and I had a blast staying in this condo!

Amazing Location

Amazing location in Maui, rooms were wonderful, nicely furnished, kitchen stocked with many general needs. Staff was very helpful & quick to respond. Tiki bar food was good. Pools cold but beautiful. Did not like they reserved chairs around pools Ardriana, was really helpful with booking and quick to answer questions.
