Infested with flees and it was so upsetting to a third of our party left since they slept with them and got bitten. Maintained admitted the week before had a huge dog before we arrived. Was expecting at least a third of the price dropped since our guest left. If I am not compensated properly I will not be back and will let everyone know. My reviews will continue to be poor.

Wish written description included that chairs, boogie boards, floatation devices, etc were avaliable as I would not have brought my own. One negative is that the living room television volume did not work, making watching television in that room almost impossible.

Great Home, Great Location

We decided to take a last minute Christmas Vacation and this townhouse worked out great! Beautiful views of the Gulf, great floorplan and plenty of space. The ease to walk to the beach was amazing, as you are only a few feet away. We saw dolphins every day, the beach was clean and gorgeous and the location was perfect. We definitely plan to come back when it is warmer and stay here again!

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was perfect and had everything we needed. Having the garage to leave our sandy beach gear at the end of each day was an added bonus. The living room rug was very sandy when we arrived, even for a beachfront unit. There was a vacuum in the closet that I was able to use and it made it much better. We highly recommend this rental.

This place was amazing! Great condo, great view! Clean, lots of room, fabulous master bed and bath, oh my😊 The only negative, which was in the hands of God, was the red flag warning. Well, because of that, it would have been nice if the pool would have been heated.

Loved the condo. Should mention stairs in unit (for older people) in description. They are intense. One microwave not wiped out, and coffee machine not emptied. Otherwise unit was quite clean. A lightweight cotton throw for sofas and/or for bedroom would be a good idea. A bit nippy at times.

Nice Condo and Beautiful Views

Overall the property is located in a perfect spot, not too far from restaurants but far enough away from the public. The views from the master were amazing but as others stated the living room doors need to be replaced or cleaned/resealed as the condensation blocks the view. The condo was very spacious and was well equipped for sleeping arrangements. The kitchen had an updated coffee maker but you’ll definitely want to bring any necessities with you or buy some, it does lack common needs for cooking like other condos have offered in the past. When we arrived the condo was ready but cleanliness was lacking. There was an option to text staff but we didn’t want to have to be inconvenienced and leave at a random time. The dishes were dirty in the cabinets, the sink smelled like fish, and the floors were covered in sand, and the love seat smelled like wet dog unfortunately. The beach was amazing and it was a great time to visit Navarre. The condo was spacious but overall wasn’t clean to our standards so we would opt of staying here again.

Great place!

This townhouse was perfect for our vacation. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. ( 4 adults, two 12 year Olds, and a 8 year old) The views are breathtaking! We loved having the garage to drop our beach chairs and things before heading inside. The ONLY complaint I have is that there is no pantry or cabinet space to put food. We had to leave everything sitting on the counters. Not that big of a deal for a weeks stay, but worth mentioning. We would love to stay here again!

Great ocean front condo

We really loved our week here. The condo was clean and spacious. More importantly it was right on the beach which is what we were looking for. We spent every day on the beach which was our plan all along. The beach is clean and well taken care of and the water was very clear too. We had a great experience with the management company as well, they were very accommodating and atentive.

Great view for watching the dolphins

This was the first time for staying on Navarre beach. Loved the quietness compared to The more crowded beaches. Loved the three bathrooms and bedrooms for privacy and the one bedroom on the 1st floor was nice for my mother. The stairs are quite steep and the only thing missing was a place to put groceries besides the refrigerator. It rained a lot so we spent more time than we would have liked inside. We would definitely come back.

Perfect place for our group of 6 older adults to hang out a visit cousins in the area. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect for us. Everything you need on the kitchen although only cooked breakfast. We love Navarre and the entire area. Great communication with property managers!
