Este es un increíble 3 dormitorios, 3 baños, salida a la casa del pueblo del golfo!El diseño es perfecto para familias numerosas o grupos debido a la cantidad de espacio interior y el espacio de terraza y patio exterior. ¡Tiene tanto espacio que tus amigos y familiares pueden disfrutar de sus vacaciones sin sentirse apretados juntos! El interior de la unidad cuenta con alfombras, azulejos de cerámica, molduras de techo, cocina del chef con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, conexión inalámbrica a Internet y 4 televisores de pantalla plana. La sala de estar principal es un concepto abierto con la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar combinados. Esto hace que sea fácil congregarse juntos.

El dormitorio principal es muy grande, con una cama king y mucho espacio para un colchón hinchable para niños adicionales. El baño principal cuenta con lavabos para él y para ella, una bañera de hidromasaje y una gran ducha con azulejos. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen, una gran pantalla plana, dos armarios y su propia entrada al baño principal. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas gemelas, dos armarios, una pantalla plana grande y su propio baño completo. El sofá de la sala de estar es un sofá cama doble. Como se mencionó anteriormente, también te impresionará el espacio al aire libre. Tiene un balcón justo al lado de la sala de estar principal, un balcón en el dormitorio principal y un patio abajo. También tiene su propio garaje privado que se abre desde el estacionamiento y también se abre para enfrentar el abismo. Esto hace que sea fácil salir de la playa y arrojar todos los juguetes de arena y sillas directamente al garaje. ¡Esta unidad también ha sido renovada recientemente! ¡Tiene pintura nueva, alfombra nueva, muebles nuevos para la sala de estar y ropa de cama nueva! Overall great getaway! Quick response to any questions. Would rent again. Wish written description included that chairs, boogie boards, floatation devices, etc were avaliable as I would not have brought my own. One negative is that the living room television volume did not work, making watching television in that room almost impossible.

Nice Condo and Beautiful Views

Overall the property is located in a perfect spot, not too far from restaurants but far enough away from the public. The views from the master were amazing but as others stated the living room doors need to be replaced or cleaned/resealed as the condensation blocks the view. The condo was very spacious and was well equipped for sleeping arrangements. The kitchen had an updated coffee maker but you’ll definitely want to bring any necessities with you or buy some, it does lack common needs for cooking like other condos have offered in the past. When we arrived the condo was ready but cleanliness was lacking. There was an option to text staff but we didn’t want to have to be inconvenienced and leave at a random time. The dishes were dirty in the cabinets, the sink smelled like fish, and the floors were covered in sand, and the love seat smelled like wet dog unfortunately. The beach was amazing and it was a great time to visit Navarre. The condo was spacious but overall wasn’t clean to our standards so we would opt of staying here again.

Amazing Rental

I absolutely can not describe how great this rental was! I will definitely rent again! The communication with the rental agency was fantastic and they went above and beyond to assist when I made a mistake with the dates for my rental!!

True gem

Loved the condo. Should mention stairs in unit (for older people) in description. They are intense. One microwave not wiped out, and coffee machine not emptied. Otherwise unit was quite clean. A lightweight cotton throw for sofas and/or for bedroom would be a good idea. A bit nippy at times.

Great Home, Great Location

We decided to take a last minute Christmas Vacation and this townhouse worked out great! Beautiful views of the Gulf, great floorplan and plenty of space. The ease to walk to the beach was amazing, as you are only a few feet away. We saw dolphins every day, the beach was clean and gorgeous and the location was perfect. We definitely plan to come back when it is warmer and stay here again!

The property was nice needs landscape attention! The garage entrance door was nasty dirty, but someone cleaned it up for us! Could use more hangars! You should have the glass replaced on the main level looking out on the patio! The master was clear! The view would have been better ! But all & all it was good!!

Great property poorly maintained

Great location (walkout to beach). Nice layout. Dirty at arrival and needed refresh from summer season. Dirty dishes in cabinets and drawers. Dirty floors in all the rooms. Scuffed walls.

We come to Navarre every year. love this property. Location is great for our family. Everything to do on beach is within walking distance from our condo. Condo has great space for our family. We enjoy it very much and will book again for spring. Very happy

Great place!

This townhouse was perfect for our vacation. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. ( 4 adults, two 12 year Olds, and a 8 year old) The views are breathtaking! We loved having the garage to drop our beach chairs and things before heading inside. The ONLY complaint I have is that there is no pantry or cabinet space to put food. We had to leave everything sitting on the counters. Not that big of a deal for a weeks stay, but worth mentioning. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation!

I would give this property 10 stars if I could! You can’t beat walking out onto the beach. The location is absolutely perfect. Townhome has recently been renovated, beds are comfortable and home is very clean. We are already planning our next trip!

Summer Getaway

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was perfect and had everything we needed. Having the garage to leave our sandy beach gear at the end of each day was an added bonus. The living room rug was very sandy when we arrived, even for a beachfront unit. There was a vacuum in the closet that I was able to use and it made it much better. We highly recommend this rental.

Great ocean front condo

We really loved our week here. The condo was clean and spacious. More importantly it was right on the beach which is what we were looking for. We spent every day on the beach which was our plan all along. The beach is clean and well taken care of and the water was very clear too. We had a great experience with the management company as well, they were very accommodating and atentive.

Great view for watching the dolphins

This was the first time for staying on Navarre beach. Loved the quietness compared to The more crowded beaches. Loved the three bathrooms and bedrooms for privacy and the one bedroom on the 1st floor was nice for my mother. The stairs are quite steep and the only thing missing was a place to put groceries besides the refrigerator. It rained a lot so we spent more time than we would have liked inside. We would definitely come back.

Fantastic Beach View

Perfect place for our group of 6 older adults to hang out a visit cousins in the area. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect for us. Everything you need on the kitchen although only cooked breakfast. We love Navarre and the entire area. Great communication with property managers!

We are giving this condo at Beachview 10 a poor rating - owner rude and disrespectful

My family and I had a bad experience with Beachview 10 owner by Gulf Coast Getaways during Hurricane Sally in October. We had water damage and no power which made condo uncomfortable to stay and left 3 days early. Water seeped in thru a bedroom ceiling, under sliding glass doors and the power off for 3 days. We only asked for some kind of solution like a credit or refund for 3 days only. We had rented for 10 days. The owner has never contacted us regarding any resolution. I spoke to him once and he was rude but said he would get back to us regarding a possible credit. Not the case since he has not returned any of my calls or emails. I am a frequent visitor to Navarre Beach but this experience has soured me on renting thru VRBO and especially this Gulf Coast Getaways company
